First time I came to this location was to have an alignment and tire balance done. Luis helped me out and before anything he looked at my tires and told me to not waste my money, to get new tires and then do the rest as it wouldnt fix my pulling and instability on the highway. I knew the tires were bad, I just kept trying to put it off. In any case, I found a good deal online for 4 new tires so I made the appointment. However, I made the appointment for the store down the road by mistake, but Sean didnt turn me away. He canceled my original appointment and went and picked up the 4 tires from the other store. While it did take a little long, that is totally my fault for going to the wrong store. They managed to squeeze me in, so the wait was not a bother to me. Sean kept me updated throughout the process and minus a few hiccups (my cars fault) he and Luis got the 4 tires installed and the car aligned perfectly. He gave me a small, but very appreciated, discount on the alignment and I was on my way. I have been driving a few hours now, and the car drives like a whole new vehicle. No more pull and it tracks perfectly straight. I have had a million alignments done before and they ALWAYS leave the steering wheel slightly offset to one side. This is probably as close to perfect of an alignment as one can have. I have had some pretty bad experiences with other Pep Boys locations, one of which just closed a few days ago from what I assume was the horrible service. While this location is about a 25-35 minute drive away from where I live, I will gladly be taking my vehicle back to them for the upcoming brake service I want to do in May. Totally worth the drive!

Surprisingly, this is one of the only few retail mechanic facilities that I trust servicing my vehicle. I have a personal mechanic who recently accepted a position within a dealership and I was faced with having to find a backup to allow for more convenient maintenance. Sean and Anthony has a genuine attitude in how they approach the business, which is refreshing, as I honestly dont feel uncomfortable with the unknown the moment the garage doors go down and they are under the hood. I have had brakes, alignments, wheels and oil changes completed on all my cars and all work have been mechanically sound with fair pricing to match. I have never felt pressured on any additional unnecessary work nor have any "surprises" present itself after their inspection of my vehicles. I definitely recommend anyone that needs car work done to at least passby and talk to Sean for an honest consultation. His approach with his team is commendable from an outside perspective. His lead mechanic, Anthony, is knowledgeable and offers no BS, and with incentives Pep Boys offer, they provide a competitive advantage than most other places and even against some personal mechanic rates.

People at this location need some training on basics of customer care. I scheduled an appointment and reached at this location around 8.30 am. There was no one at counter for 5 minutes then a person appears with a lazy look and somehow asked me that what he can do. When i told that i am here for tire change and i have some details in my mail, he put his hand in his pocket and walked to my car to see the size . Then he tried to sell me an expensive tire when i told that i have a web quote he then started all process again and somehow taken my order I asked him to call once it is done but i never get a call when i call back the answer was " its done" i asked why you never called the answer again was "its done". Not recommended

I use this location for fleet maintenance on my work vehicle, but they also now have earned my personal vehicle maintenance. I was dropping my work van off one day and Sean was helping me out, there was an elderly lady there that was dropping off her car but couldnt stay and one of the mechanics actually drove her home and then later picked her up to get her car. In an industry that is flooded price is dictated by customer service and if thats the case these guys under charge. They respect my work schedule and get my vehicle done when I need it no matter the shape I drop it off in. If you want the job done right bring it here the guys get it done.

Same as all other Pep Boys. Make an appointment and wait 2 hours before they even begin working on your vehicle. There were a few times while I was waiting where every single employee just disappeared. for 1/2 hour or more. Pep Boys seems to have no idea how to respect peoples time. What is the purpose of making an appointment if youre not going to honor it???? I had moved recently and this Pep Boys had good reviews on here, so I thought I would give them a try. Bad idea. Ill never go to another Pep Boys again.

I took my car here for a nail in my tire. This is one of he best mechanics Ive ever been too. The people are amazingly nice. They get you in and out quickly and dont try to talk you into things you dont need. They could have easily lied to me and told me that I needed a new tire, which would have cost a ton of money, but they were honest and said the hole only needed to be plugged, the much cheaper option. I would recommend that everyone take their cars there for service.

Great service and attitude! I had to have a rear wheel bearing replaced and although it took 5 hours everything works perfectly now. I felt truly cared for after they told me how much effort they put into my car. Would recommend.
