My experience was very good and very bad. The salon is beautiful and clean. The stylist who cut and colored my hair was extremely nice and refreshing to talk to. Although I came in for a hair cut and chunky highlights. We decided on the greyish blonde color and I told her I wanted them very thick and obvious. Well when she was washing my hair after removing the foils she didnt feel the need to tell me that she burned my hair off. When my head was still in the sink she tried to hide the handful of hair she walked into the back with. When i sat back in the chair before she dryed my hair i noticed that there were longer pieces of my hair so i just ran my fingers through and more hair fell out. I was trying to remain calm while having an anxiety attack. She dryed and rang me up and said nothing. Weirdly enough i did not say a word. I paid and left. Never to return. Im pretty sure it was definetly a bad mistake but my hair was already thin and pretty much transparent after. Also, the "chunky highlights" i was supposed to leave with obviously didnt happen. One of my most expensive mistakes.

From the moment you walk through the elegant design of the front double doors, youre welcomed by a refreshing, modern and (especially clean) decor. The vibe and atmosphere is purely "Salon" and screams the word "professional" at the top of its lungs. The stylists are very laid-back but have an exceptional poetic pose to their sense of style and appreciation towards its customers. The lighting is very cool, comfortable and relaxed. Theres never too much commotion and if theyre very busy, they ALWAYS have their priorities in order. I personally recommend this salon over ANY OTHER in the area because of its convenient location, the delightful staff, stylists, sheer cleanliness of the establishment and mixture of upbeat attitudes!!

They seem nice an polite here. However they have no idea what they are doing. I can in for a deep conditioning and haircut. The stylist told me the deep conditioner is just more conditioner and wont repair my hair. I wondered what the point would be. Throughout the haircut and style the stylist was tangling and pulling on my hair. I asked to to be careful. My hair is in the same exact condition as before the deep treatment and to add to this, they slapped on an extra $10 because they had to use extra conditioner. I told them this should be disclosed upfront. When businesses are sneaky like this, it doesnt build trust with customers. Will never come back.

As the first customer on a weekday morning, I expected a sleepy salon, but was pleasantly surprised to see a lively staff that were eager to please. I got a really great haircut from a stylist names Shannon, who really took the time to talk to me before she started any cutting or styling.
