Not very good in holding mail if you are away. For 3 consecutive years, I always hv my mail hold during spring break or summer vacation. Good thing I hv a nice neighbor who gets my mail fr mailbox while we are away (the max. we ask the mineola post office to hold our mail is 5 days). During those time I hv mail to get fr my neighbor and half of it I hv to pick up fr the post office.

Super lazy drivers. they never deliver their stuff on Sunday . and always lie about customer not home. I never even received the letter on door. I miss UPS , since Amazon change their delivery carrier to USPS never received my stuff on time.

Slow service, sometimes mailed letters takes up to 3 weeks to arrive to destination. I have a po box and half my mail is from other people. They are polite at least.

On two occasions the USPS claimed my business was closed and did not deliver a package from Amazon Prime. They lied and did not attempt to deliver the package.
