letter carrier on foot is mean and rude for years despite my attempts to be civil and patient. leaves packages outside and keeps walking..enters delivered on tracking before delivered..my father worked for the USPS for 30 years and retired and i know the rules and regulations and these employees lie to you on the phone as well regarding a delivery promised when one of them messes up. The Postmaster is aware of all of this and more and cant control these employees. He just says when he finally retires its gonna be even worse. this is why i have to pay for a p o box for most everything. however deliveries are a nightmare and being disabled i do a lot of online purchasing. leaving notes on door still doesnt help. i have tried every approach to no avail the service and treatment is unacceptable.

They lie about attempting to deliver my packages every single time. Someones always home and they never rung the bell. We open a case with the department of consumer affairs twice and those two times are the only times we got our packages. the post master is a complete disgrace. He laughed at me on the phone when I said they never came to deliver my package. He said I could come pick it up and when I asked when he laughed and said on Monday (its saturday). I said my mail man should come and deliver my package like hes supposed to, he again laughed, and repeated that I could pick up my package. I shouldnt have to pick up my package. I should be able to have it delivered, as I am home and able to receive the package.

Im so disgusted with this post office I had a package that was set to be delivered on a Saturday. I went to track it on the website and it said delivered. I went to check my mailbox NO PACKAGE. I went by the post office and the guy took down my tracking number went to go look in the back for my package came back with nothing. He told me that its PROBABLY TOO BIG to fit in my mailbox so they have their at the office but cant find so I asked so where is it then he told me its probably miss placed somewhere ( VERY UNORGANIZED ). Its Tuesday and I still dont have my package.

Location is always busy.. Usually there is a pickup window, waited for 15-20 mins because I saw an employee and he was helping someone else, disappeared by the pickups, never came back. Another individual yelled out anyone for pick up, helped one guy then disappeared.. Time went by; creeping to 20 mins.. Patience is wearing off, asked the lady at the window if there is a pickup line she says no.. Seriously?? Poor customer service.. Its not hard to do a simple task, especially when your carrier doesnt want to deliver my package.

worst post office ive ever had to deal with. they scan packages in the morning then never bring them out and say no one was home. Ive contacted consumer affairs a hand full of times so far and nothing has changed. i have also called the post office multiple times and been laughed at on the phone by the supervisor who thinks hes god. I am attempting to start a full case against them and hopefully, have these incompetent workers fired

The post office is good even tho the line are long my experience there is on point. But my main concern is this mail lady that delivers the mail on terrace is freaking slow. Residents are suppose to get their mail early in the day between 10:30 and 12:00 at least. She just be taking her time like she dont want to work. What happen to the Chinese guy that was working for yall before. I hope he didnt get fired. If so hire him back

They have some of the worst mail carriers in hempstead. They dont give a crap about people mails.its been two weeks since these people lost or better yet put my check in someone else box and all im hearing your mail went out two weeks I live right here in the area..get people who give a crap or people who can read..
