They are okay. The issue is that they are very stingy even with the most basic materials. I needed some tape for a package to send right before leaving the state, they wanted me to buy the tape myself and told me they dont have tape, hard to believe. Went to the USPS in Wilton instead and it was much better. They had tape

Poor customer service. They dont answer the phone, I tried calling them today many times to see if a package had arrived. Sometimes when I come in they are nice other times they could care less about getting giving your business to them.

Actually they answer the phone right away, if you call the right number! Just updated the # listed on Google maps - it was totally wrong for years. Now you shouldnt have a problem getting through!

Im out of town and have been trying to reach them all day. They dont answer their phone after numerous repeated attempts. Guess thats the result of being a government run monopoly

Everyone Ive ever dealt with at this post office has been courteous, professional and efficient. Occasionally, there is a 5-10 min wait but other than that, no complaints!
