Fara Fang - if you needed help with taping, you should have asked. And its your job to ask more questions about the shipping methods provided if you dont feel the info was given to you clearly. Oh, and its extremely racist to describe this woman by the color of her skin. If you really want to complain next time, you should get the proper name of the associate and report this to that location instead of ranting online. Ill give this location 5 stars for service, simply because they have to deal with crabby people like Fara.

Theres this black woman at the post office with the worst attitude ever!not helpful at all! She would watch u taping your package for 10 min without offering any help and have u use the slowest, more expensive service without explaining clearly! And she yells at costumers!Worst experience ever! Other staffs are nice.but this woman is just unbelievable!

had to call 10 times just to get someone on the phone with me. they said i missed my package but never knocked on my door in the first place. called to see if i could pick it up, but gave me no info or help. smh, if you dont like your job dont let it out on us, get a new one

Staff behind the counter are nice and helpful. Avoid between 430-515 at all costs. The after work rush can take a ton of time.
