this is the worst post office iv been to. The lines goes out the door, tons of people waiting. Never enough staff working to handle the crowd.There is no parking anywhere on the street or in parking lot. Last time i was there the line went out the door to the lobby and then to another door at front of the building. 3 employees at desk, 1 guys has a coffee break with all those people there, the other is only doing passports. So that leave only 1 postal employee to handle 20 people on line. This is not right for all money we pay to USPS. Iv been at this post office and have waited sometimes a half hour just to pay for first class envelop. Not getting better, just gets worse all the time. The other day i had to call them to track a package and no one at the post office picked up the phone. I called 10 times and it just keeps ringing and not 1 employee pick up phone.

2/18/14: Waited in line for over 25 minutes for a passport photo, just to get to the teller to have them tell me that their camera is broken. Ive been to this branch before and always had to wait. Ive never had a good experience here.
