Its unbelievable that there are so many well-educated, nice people out there looking for a job, and the postal office at this mall have a couple of sickening, racist people working as what supposed to be customer service..I will call it "harassment service". Talking more specifically about the oriental guy and the obese white woman who tries in vain to cover her baldness with false braids. Taxpayers are paying for such good retirements and we received rudeness, actitud, insults, and more..I have to put 1 star to be able to post, other way my rating will be 0...examples are to be followed and the other employees are not the same but very close to the same. My real rating is 0

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Lady doing passport needs to go and work where she does not deal with the public. She makes her on rule when she will start to do passports. Post office empty 2 employees in there including her, and she stated the line starts forming at noon, because someone did not come to work. After nobody inside post office I went in and asked if they will start, he snapped at me and said cant you read the sign? I went nuts. Im sorry but these two need to get fired, I never wish this on people, but these 2 need to go, I will never ever ever go here again..

The women in charge was totally rude for no reason. I went inside with a newborn for his passport and to rewnew mine, online it says they close at 6pm and its 4pm. She yells at me saying i have to come tomorrow and shouldve came earlier. Worst customer service i have ever had.

Very nice, helped me out with passport forms. They also take passport photos which is a major issue at other post offices because you have to take the photos elsewhere and they might not come out right.

Its a Post Office that is open on a Sunday, which is really great! Note that the line outside is usually for passports If youre just mailing something, check inside first.

Ran to the mall b/c I needed a money order for tonite. The website states they close at 7pm. Arrived at 6:30 and everything was closed. Waste of gas and my time. Thanks

Horrible almost 3 hrs wait to apply for passports. Some stupid people still lives under the rock, did not come prepared therefore others on line also suffered.
