Horrible horrible place. I bought a package and it said it was at the post office for pickup. I went there twice and each time they said they could not find the package and they would call me when they did. Its been a week and they still cant find it even though I got a confirmation saying it was there. Also then the company that I bought something from said the post office called them saying that I need to go down there to sign for it and when I went again they said that they do not have it and they dont know where it is. A lot of peoples packages go "missing" here. Its ridiculous.

They are lazy and they are liars. I get my packages sent to my job because we are always open and time and time again they claim "delivery atempted there was nobody home" and my package doesnt get delivered on time. This is a bussiness we are open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm, a bunch lazy liars I tell you. I wish USPS would stop hiring irresponsible people. Whats the point of paying for one day delivery if they are just going to deliver it when ever they want.

Typical small town post office. Small staff at the counter. They seem well meaning but the queue is slow. Limited hours and you can only visit your PO Box when the location is open. Little furniture in the lobby. E.g. no tables where you can review your mail. Hicksville post office is better equipped with a 24 hour lobby with self serve machines, but the postal service plans to move the Hicksville office to a smaller storefront. TBD what that will be like.

There have been multiple events where I would call in regards to my mail being delivered on time. They say that it has been delivered, however, we know that they just say that to pass you on. I always make sure to give the mailman a good tip during the holidays, yet somehow they still manage to lose and misplace mail whether that be in the post office itself or in someone elses mailbox. I do not recommend this post office at all.

This post office is very slow. You have to spend a lot of time in order for you to see someone. They are very nasty whenever you have a complaint about not getting your mail. I have a landscaping business and my checks are always being drop of at different addresses. They have always been slow however now they are always losing the mail.

There is never enough staff during the peak times of the day. The line is out the door, at least you can watch the fire trucks across the street while you wait. I can make it in and out of the grocery store quicker than the post office, this is ridiculous.

Extremely slow and arrogant, lie all the time about deliveries, forget the packages at the office or on a truck. Absolutely the worst post office Ive ever seen!

My mail is always very late and put into my neighbors box. The worst part is our boxes are labeled with our last names.
