I avoid this post office at all costs. I had to go to ship a package to Canada since Glens does not ship without the post office form. Didnt feel like driving to another town but regret that now. Barbara was at the counter. She always is annoyed and horrible every time I go with myself and all others in line.She first advised me to fill out the wrong form, then snapped at me that I did it wrong. Filled out 2nd form. I asked her what to check off since this was equipment going back to Canada for repair . She advised me of the wrong checkbox in a snotty tone like I was putting her out. I said I dont work here so how would I know this? 20 minutes of my life I will never get back isnt the worst part- the repair company said since I was told to check off the wrong box I have to pay customs fee of $85.00. I called in to complain & the manager said well I will ask her if she was snotty & did this intentionally. I said do you honestly think shed admit it? This was after I was put on hold for so long I forgot I was on hold. I will not contribute to their salary ever again & am not surprised to see all the other horrible reviews. They dont deserve 1 star.

I had my mail on hold for 30 days, I went to pick it up ........I talked to the african american woman at the window, seemed to me she was putting up an annoying attitude, she went into the back room and when she came back hand me over a lot of magazines..... I realized she picked up some junk mail, I did not realized it until I got home....... every magazine had different address on it but mine..... ....pure junk mail what she gave me.... I assume she never even bothered to look for my address to retrieve my held mail. Very sad USPS works with people like her.

Saw all the bad reviews but since its close decided to try it. Wanted the cheapest way of returning my package so I was looking at the monitor--impatiently she asked regular or first class... said regular and got charged first class. (dark skin, glasses, older grey dreadlock woman) Dont want to argue about it, just want to be listened to. The one on Washington St will at least listen. Taking my heavier package there instead.

Called to ask about a package pickup and whom ever I talked to has possibly the worst attitude. I could imagine they were curt and very aggitated and wouldnt even try and fulfill my request. This Post Office lives up to the publics perception of the Us postal services exactly as expected. I work in a service industry and if I were to treat a customer like that I would be fired on the spot.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE AREA FOR LONG TIME. NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH MY POSTMAN AND WINDOW SERVICE PERSONAL. EVEN MY POSTMAN COME BACK TO PICK UP MY STUFF AT HOME. WE ALL ARE HUMAN AND MISTAKE DO HAPPEN AND EVERY DAY IS NOT THE SAME.

I had an envelope sent from Westchester, NY with a $100 bill in it to my business on Broad Street in Norwalk. The money was concealed between thick pieces of paper and unnoticeable. The money was missing from the envelope when it arrived.

On Saturday it says that they work until 12:30pm. I called 12:10 - no answer. I was supposed to receive my package but I didnt they messed up my delivery once before, I had to go back and forth to the office and home.

Useless and arrogant people - just want to get rid of whomever calls. After she didnt get the tracking number for the fourth time, she literally swore on the phone and asked me to repeat.

Gave domestic stamps instead of international stamps even after asking for 20 international stamps and then refused to fix the problem when I came back ten minutes later.
