Never had a bad time here. I am not a regular, but the people behind the counter seem to know most of the people on line (they are regulars?). They have always been polite. Last time they saw me with a package/bag, looking at the variety of boxes in the lobby, trying to find one that fit. Between customers, he quickly asked where it was going, and told me to just fill out a form & get on line, hed help me. When it was my turn, he explained the ones I was looking at were twice the price. he sealed it up in a box & sent it on its way. He apologized for not having a variety of Forever stamps when I asked for the choices. PS: This is not the *Main* Bellmore PO - it is an outpost. The main Bellmore Post Office is on Merrick Road - that is where the the daily mail deliveries come from, and if something is returned to the office for a lack of signature, etc, you need to go to Merrick Rd. office. A pain, I know, but not the North Bellmore staffs fault. They get a lot of grief from people who are "inconvenienced" by this.

THE FREAKING WORST! They always act like its such a problem to come to my actual apartment number instead of just the front (which is on a main street and I could not possibly see that the packages were being delivered) and one time I had something I had to sign for and they gave my husband my neighbors package that he needed to sign for. Not the same name, not the same sender, nothing the same! AND THIS FREAKING WEEK I HAVE HAD 3 PACKAGES THAT ARE MARKED AS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE AND NOTHING IS THERE WTF? I have never in my life had such bad USPS service!

This is by far the worst post office I had used. The staff is arrogant, their uniforms are always dirty, they drink coffee while on duty, and they act like theyre doing you a favor every time youre conducting your business. I hope USPS will go under soon. I will not miss it a bit.

Terrible in terms of logistics...
