The mortgage company of my rental home provides me pre-addressed labels. For whatever reason every time I mail the mortgage payment from this post office, the envelope containing the payment arrive back at my personal residence three days later. I have tried marking out the return address and I still get it back. The first time the attendant stated that for some reason the scanner was reading then return address as the primary address for where the envelope should be sent. The second time the attendant blamed the font size of the mailing label stating that since it was so small, the scanner reverted back to the return address which was larger and legible, and finally on the third try...they were baffled...I covered the return address with one of the pre-addressed mailing labels, then lined out all of the mail codes and it was still returned to my home. Fortunately, I only had to pay for one stamp, but the late fees of $36.00 will dwarf the postal savings. How can one mail an envelope two weeks early and still have the payment be late...???

us post offie on old country road in Plainview has a clerk who keys your items in by hand, somehow your packages never get where they are going. After reporting the theft, yes theft you will receive a letter saying sorry we lost your packages. I understand that but the clerk never scanned my package!!! Explain that!
