I was there at the post office and my mail was not getting delivered. I run my business from home and require to have the mail picked up and delivered to my business/home. But recently I was told from my neighbor, this post office was run very poorly and the employees are very disgruntled because of horrible management starting from the post master down. They recently assigned a new post master and my neighbor and I visited the post office to address our fustration with this facility. We met this lady who said she is the new post master for four months, we informed her of our issues, and she seemed dumbfounded. She did noy apologize, she did not say she will look into these issues or nothing. We therefore decided to write a letter to the District Post Master and will update our findings. They appoint a person to be the post master of a large post office and they have no clue of how to appease the customer in any way shape and form. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!!

Worst service! One notice for delivery attempt on certified mail- signed the slip to have them leave it in the box. Never delivered the item. Three calls to the post office. First attempt: had a very rude man angry that I didnt have a tracking number (I have no idea what the article is or who it is from). Second- very nice lady but, left on hold >25 min. Had to call back a third time to find out that they have no idea what happened to my mail or why my regular carrier did not make three attempts to deliver. This is an awefull post office. They do not handle the mail responsibly at all. Unfortunately, this is not their first screw up. They should take some lessons from the Commack office- fast, efficient and polite service!

Did a pick up request and carrier did not come to pick it up on the scheduled day. It got better when I received an email saying the pickup was completed (like they actually picked it up!) yet the cartons were still at my front door. Cant make this up! With all these 1 stars and awful reviews, they should close this PO or turn the whole god****med thing over to the private sector. If the government was running a whorehouse it would lose money!

Worst service ever! Id put no star if I could. For certified/registered mail, they never make any attempt to knock at the door. Sometimes they dont even bother leaving a note in the mailbox but simply let the mail/package sit in the post office and eventually returned to the sender. I guess they can do so because theyre government employees and no one can do anything about them. Use UPS or FedEx for your important mail instead of USPS.

Was lied to about trying to deliver a package on Feb 9th saying they tried but had to access to the property. It was the day of the blizzard my husband was outside from 10AM to 1PM and no one attempted a delivery at 10:40AM as they tried to say they did. Worse then the lying was the attitude of the Supervisor I spoke with. I guess they feel they have no one to answer to so can treat you anyway they choose.

I think the US Postal Service is the best service our government could have set up. Where can anyone get a letter delivered to California for $0.42. I ship packages regularly with USPS, on-line printing of postage at a reduced rate, free pick-up service, free shipping supplies and free tracking email notifications. I am very appreciative that this service is available to all! Thank you USPS.

Wish I could give zero stars. A package was received 3 weeks ago by this post office and lost. The delivery address was literally a 6 minute walk from the post office and now its lost. Meanwhile my customer is out of the product and I am out $103 and my PayPal account is frozen and I cant pay my bills because of their mistakes. Use FedEx from now on

I accidentally left a dolly there and they agreed they found it, unfortunately for me they could never find it again. The lines are sometimes very long, I get good service when I get to the counter, I try to get the same person if I have to wait since she knows what I need.

An order was returned for "improper packaging." I used a flat rate envelop to ship. I was told that a flat rate envelope had to be flat, that is why they call it flat rate. How about the flat rate boxes? Do they have to be flat?

There are never more than 2 counters open, and always a line out the door. Compared to fedex and ups, Im grossly overcharged for all my shipping needs. I only go to this location to pick up mail now, and even that is a burden.
