So much for a professional and eager staff to want to help you. Went there for a passport walk-in. Told me that I had to set up an appointment even when there was no mention of this in their site when almost all other places had a note. I also gave a call to USPS and there was no mentions of appointments in the phone calls.Told me next available appointment was next week. Told me it wasnt there fault and nothing they could do about it.
