At one time, this place was STELLAR! But that was once upon a time, when everybody knew everyone elses name... Theres ALWAYS a line-- with the staff purposely working beyond a snails pace. And the mail carriers?!?!? Rude as sin and; forget about giving a damn! I had a note on my door to (PLEASE) leave all HUGE magazines, newspapers, etc in the door-- [as] to not push them through the mail slot. They began leaving ALL mail on the doorstep--credit card statements, personal notes/cards, etc. Permitting anyone to come, sift through and take whatever they will, wish or may... Unbelievable how an entity that was built on so much pride has turned into a side show!

A kind gentleman from the other side of town just delivered mail to my house, my sons new bank card that was delivered to his home in error.....a few weeks ago another kind woman delivered my new EZ pass tags that had been delivered to her home in error....this is unacceptable service !!! Really deserves a negative star rating

I was supposed to have a package for my daughters birthday mailed To me and the mailman couldnt find my address and delivered my package to the wrong person instead of being honest and returning it back to to usps and now usps cannot locate my package on account that I didnt have insurance

i routinely have wrong mail sent to my house. Lately mail that I drop off at the post office gets lost/undelivered. I complained years ago to the person in charge...he shrugged and told me nothing he can do as he has plenty of folks who cannot read english. Wow.

I changed my address to rvc post office three weeks ago and still have not received mail. I was expecting impact mail that was mailed over a week ago and still. Have not received it. Clerks seem nice but Im beginning to believe it is all an act.

Disgusting customer service. In store and on the phone. The mailmen is inconsistent with my mail and border line rude. I would give this post office 0 stars if possible. Hopefully usps is rendered useless soon with the digital age.

Really, it takes 30 minutes per customer and theres 8 customers on line? You gotta be kidding me.. wasted 45 mins here and still couldnt send my box because I had to get back to work... get some young enthusiastic employees please
