I had no experience with these people. I barely stayed here 5 mins. The guy in the office(Larry) had a nasty attitude. He had no interest in helping me. He was asking me questions about the procedure, when it was entirely his job to know. And every time I asked questions, which is my right, because its my car, he answered it with sarcasm. He didnt even bother to look under my car, just gave me a price(which was a rip off). Thats it. Didnt ask me when I can bring it in or if I would like to set up an appointment. Nothing. He just continued doing his paper work and pretended I was dead. He pissed me off!!! I got the hell out of there bcuz I did not want to do business with rude, uncivil, impolite, discourteous, and impolite people. I dont understand why people gave them 5 stars. And I gave it a 1 bcuz zero wasnt an option.

Hi ther this the first time i went to this location. and i was really nervous since i was going to get work done my Benz. dealer was charging me $1600. but i had bought the brakes. so i called Jerry( Manager). man he is great he told me that he can get me back on the road no more them a 45mins. and he was going to change my brake pads and rotors. i went to him thinking that it is going to be a $$$ job instead it only costed me $150. it was cheap and it was very professional. i really recommend this Location. all i can say is that i have found the right mechanic.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brian the owner (ignore spelling if incorrect!) as well as Larry in regards to my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/ burnt out alternator. Brian and his team are polite, reasonable and certainly well educated in their field. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone who doesnt want to be "taken" by one of those shady mechanics.

The guy at the front desk (Larry or Jerry or whatever he called himself) is EXTREMELY rude and will also try to rip you off. Take your business elsewhere. Will never visit again, nor will I ever refer someone here. Its not as if this is the only auto shop in the town, let alone downstate NY.

I have come here for oil changes and a failng wheel bearing that made my car sound (not act) like it was powered by a jet engine. Larry the service manager was helpful and got the issue diagnosed and corrected for a fair price.

I recently had 2 flowmaster mufflers installed. Brian at front desk was Very friendly. They provided fast, efficient and great service. Larry did a great job on installation. I highly recommend this location.

First time stop here. The staff was very efficient and professional. The best thing about this location is that they do great work, theyre quick and they dont try to over sell you on things you dont need.

Ive been going to this shop since 2005 whenever I need exhaust work done, I usually speak with Larry the manager and get a fair price for superb work done on my car. Id absolutely recommend this shop.
