I had some metal plate unhinge and was now dangling from underneath my car and Im needing to go to work. My husband just had something done on his car at this place and he was very satisfied with their service. So I call them up and speak with Rob who tells me to bring it in. I get there and he takes a look and tells me its my heat shield and all he has to do is take the part of that rusted out. He tells me to give him five minutes to switch out a car from out of the bay to take a look. He then shows me where it had rusted out and that it was common and removed it and all should be fine. I had been there maybe 15-20 minutes in total. The customer service level was superb and Rob took the time to address the issue efficiently. And I was still on time for work. My husband and I found our new mechanic for our cars.
