I visited this salon for the first time this past weekend on Saturday, March 11, 2017. I have long, curly hair and struggle to find a hairdresser that understands and can cut curly hair to avoid weird layers once it dries, and Ive even tried salons that do the "Ouidad" method... not worth the money! Let me tell you about my haircut... Debanese was AMAZING! Best haircut in YEARS and I was very happy with her service. The front desk person has room for improvement (could be more warm and welcoming), but otherwise, very happy with my experience. Shampoo girl was so warm and friendly and Im so glad I found Debanese. Thanks for the great haircut! I will definitely return in the future. I recommend you try her if you have naturally curly hair.

I went to Tredora this morning for the first time to get my eyebrows done. Very nice staff, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I didnt have an appointment and I was helped immediately. I got my eyebrows done by a girl name Julissa. She was very sweet and she listened to what I wanted and took her time. Im very skeptical about where I get my eyebrows waxed and this was risky as a new customer but I am very pleased with the service. It was pretty pricey for eyebrows but totally worth every penny for actually having good end results. I plan to go back and request Julissa again. My only complaint is the blanket she had me lay on was pretty stained and dirty...but still overall very satisfied with her work and service and the salon.

I ended up losing over 6 inches of my hair due to chemical damage, not to mention over $600. I regret going to tredora everytime I see my hair in the mirror. I was told by multiple other hair stylists that it was because at my last couple of sessions that the chemicals were left on my hair for too long! Owner didnt seem to be all that apologetic. Due to my constant reminder of a HUGE loss and damage on multiple levels, Ive contemplated a lawsuit.

Went to this salon May 3rd. They uploaded my before and after pics to their Instagram and Facebook May 4th. 15 days later the color was completely washed out of my hair and as of June 15th it is completely back to the before picture they took. Spent $200!!!! for NOTHING. Called to let them know and all they could do was suggest a shampoo.

Ive been going to Tredora Salon for close to 10 years. I love this place! I have difficult wavy hair, and a ton of it! So for most of my life I dreaded going to the hairdressers because it never was cut nicely. Tredora is NOT a turn and earn salon! Debanese takes her time so I look perfect every time!
