AVOID!! Worst customer service and they will lie right to your face. I brought in 19 shirts to be cleaned and pressed on Friday with a request for Saturday evening pickup. Lie #1 At 3 pm on Saturday I get a call and I was told one of my shirt was torn and wasnt cleaned. I told them none of my shirts were torn when I brought them in. I asked if the rest of my order was ready and I was told it was. I drove over to pick up my shirts and was asked if I could wait as they were still putting my order together. Lie #2 they said they had video which would show the shirt was brought in torn. When I asked to see the video they showed me a poor quality video of a worker in the back (not up front when I gave them the shirts). At one point they stopped the video and told me see there is your shirt - the shirt they showed appeared to be a solid shirt and no tear was visible. Also interesting is the shirt they destroyed was a striped shirt. Lie #3 the shirt was not torn it was destroyed. The entire sleeve was torn from the top of the shirt. There is no way the shirt could have been brought in that condition and not noticed when the worker counted the shirts. At this point I was fed up with all the lies and told them to just give me my other shirts so I could pay for them and get out of there. Lie #4 the nasty lady I was dealing with said - "you didnt even give us a chance to show you the video" - you did show me the video and it proved nothing. So I am out a $45 shirt and they have lost another customer. As you can see from their total rating and other reviews this was not an isolated case. To sum up the quality of service and their nasty customer service in one word - PATHETIC. They dont even deserve the one star.

I just found out they have been charging us for services that we never asked for. When I went to speak to the owner, she would not speak to me. I cant believe how much of my money they have been taking. I understand that I should have caught on much sooner and its my fault for not looking but shame on them for trying to get away with it!

Good cleaners. I work in a restaurant so I end up with many stains on my white uniform but they do a great job and manage to get most of them out

They messed up once, but they are in a good location, theyre quick, and the price isnt horrible. No good dry cleaners in town. its a shame..

Damaged a sweater, denied doing it and offered no apology. Beware of taking your clothes there if you want to wear them again
