For regular stuff, alterations for casual clothing, simple fixes... theyre very reliable. If you have any challenging alterations on nice clothing, old weird tough stains on exotic fabric, maybe go somewhere else. That being said, 99% of my needs are met by this place. Price is fair.

The owner is a miserable person who doesnt treat customers the right the way. He didnt do a good job cleaning my clothes and was rude about it when I asked him questions. Stop acting like youre doing me a favor when Im paying (on the higher end) for a service.

Had a bad tailoring experience. Asked for a 6 inch hem, they cut off 6 inches, and used two to hem. Now all five brand new pants are too short.
