The owner is a huge jerk. I went there for alterations but then found someone else to do them for 1/2 the cost. When I went back to pick up my dress, he was obviously a little annoyed at me. Then he proceeds to tell me I owe him $15 for "time spend with the tailor". She did not even pin my dress yet and they never mentioned this "fee" when we discussed pricing at my earlier visit. He said oh its hanging in the dressing room and told me thats hes required to do he doesnt have to tell me about it. Whatever, I pay with a credit card and he hands me the receipt to sign. Im holding my baby so Ive only got one arm available. Most places will at least hold the receipt down for you so you can attempt a signature, but he doesnt, so I do the best I can and he says "I need your signature". I told him I did the best I could my arms are kind of full and he looks at the security camera and says "well Ive got ya on camera anyways so..." So what, are you threatening me? I almost want to dispute the charge but I feel like hed enjoy that. Ive always thought he was a little weird, but what a freaking *sshole.

I went to this tailor to have some work done on a few suits. The first suit was tailored well. The second suit was given to me and placed in the closet, never having been closely inspected. After opening their packaging, my $700 suit has a scrape/tear on the shoulder, this is after paying them $195 to alter the jacket. When I called to speak to the owner, he was very defensive and told me I had no record of where the suit had been taken or cleaned since my last visit to them. Id recommend you steer clear of this place if you care about youre clothes.

HEMA MALDONADO

Pant and shirt was dropped off to be pressed shortly after 9am, was told to pick it up at 2pm. When I showed up at 2:30 I was told they forgot about it and I had to wait for them to press it. They didnt seem to care they forgot. Horrible service. Will never go there again.
