I took my coat to this cleaners to have in cleaned in 3/2013. a $1000.00 Virgin Wool Italian coat. They mustve washed it, it came back faded and shrunk. Then the owner asked me if Ive ever worn the coat in the rain? Really?! I purchased the coat during xmas of 2012, you can imagine how upset I was. I purchased it to wear to black tie events, now I have no coat. I am in the process of suing this establishment. Clean at your own risk. I would never go there again.
