Stained two of my work white shirts at two different times and both times the girls told me it was like that before they got it. They were not like that. The first girl was rude on top of that. I dont know if they use some cheap cleaner, but they dont clean as effectively as other cleaners Ive used. Been going to this place for maybe over a year now and Ive decided to go elsewhere, even if I live only two blocks away from this place.

Damaged my suit slacks and took no responsibility. The owner/manager looked me in the eye and said nothing when confronted. Left this establishment for cleaners with more respectful customer service. Failed to build relationship with this willing customer.

Clothes of my sister were stolen right after they finished washing. She asked the employees for support and this one lady didnt seem to care about the situation and had an attitude about it. This is the second time thats happened.
