The WORST PERM EVER!!!! I went to this salon on Saturday bc I recently moved to Rosedale so I wanted to try a place closer to home. I went for a touch up. After a few minutes my head started to burn. I told the stylist that she had to rinse it out. She kept telling me 5 more minutes. Eventually I went to the sink and demanded that she removes it from hair. She did and my entire head is burnt. I am extremely disappointed. I think they forged there licenses and wrote the previous reviews. This place is awful. Ive waisted $70 and 3.5 hours. They also take an extremely long time to do your hair. Also they have a roach infestation so if for some insane reason you decide to put your hair on the care dont put ur stuff down. I hope you find this helpful.

Great place to get your hair blow dried, permed, cut and styled.The workers are great and know what they are doing. The wonderful beautiful lady who is amazing when it comes to weaves and anything and everything that has to do with your hair is Illinois. I highly recommend her. This place is very welcoming. And to top it off the prices are affordable.

Very talented with the blow-outs, but the prices arent consistent, too many personal conversations amongst the employees while working on clients (even about clients), take too long. Suggest that they work harder at building a loyal client base and providing a quality service & experience.
