If you are looking for a quintessential 1970s salon this is the place for you. THESE FOLKS ARE NICE ENOUGH BUT DONT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHATS GOING ON IN THE REAL WORLD. Their down home charm wore off quickly when they tried to charge me for a blowout ($25) when I specifically said I didnt want one. I just asked if my soaking wet, newly colored hair could be dried enough to go outside in 30 degree weather. They also attempted to cut my hair when I was very clear twice-first when I made my appointment, and then when I came in- that I only wanted a single process hair color. I also was adamant about the shade of hair color that I wanted---NO RED--NO GOLDEN TONES. Can you do it? YES, YES, YES, no problem! I am now a brassy red, golden over-colored hideous 1970s MadMen housewife. Help--I need a poodle skirt. DONT go if you are over 60! Im 40 and now look like Betty Crocker!

Extremely displeased and when I went for a refund the excuses were endless. They made a disaster of my hair. I was happy at first but then I washed it and realized the real work shows after a wash, and considering I spent money in there for products they swore by, the work done was still a mess. Shouldnt have paid in the first place... And this salon upcharges everything big time. Im not sure how Im not still insisting on a refund but perhaps a fair warning to others is all that I can do.

Great mens haircut. Staff are friendly and do a great job quickly and at a decent price. Ive been getting my haircut from the same person there for 17 years!
