If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I love getting my nails done, but this is hands down the worst "salon" experience I have ever had. My nails look slightly better than what a day one cosmetology student could provide. The lack of colors to choose from was staggering, then when the staff became frustrated when I was having a hard time selecting my color, the experience went down hill very quickly. The male employee started huffing and puffing and was very physically aggressive when he manipulated my hands and feet into the position he needed them in to "execute his craft" (my four year old is more talented). It was also clear that I was the topic of juicy, giggle and snear filled gossip. Its never a good feeling to know the whole room is talking about you and laughing at you, all because I had a tough time choosing a color. I found a color I liked and for some reason the staff was unable to locate it, although the bottle had been at the station I was sitting at moments earlier. They insisted that I either used the color they had chosen, or no color at all. This male employee also stopped what he was doing to watch another staff member get tipped, and scoffed after he had counted her cash under his breath, from across the room. As I was leaving, he refused to give me my card back, after I had paid, until I tipped him and signed my receipt. He even moved MY card away when I tried to put it back in my wallet and stared as I wrote him a $5 tip that he did not deserve. Furthermore, a female employee waited for us outside as we left the building and mumbled rude and calloused things at us under her breath. She stared at us with a snarl that was extraordinarily unpleasant, uncalled for and childish. She gave a hand gesture as we were pulling out. This business is the epitome of bad customer service, poor attitude and work ethic, and a horrible nail job.

Horrible experience here. Went in with a couple of friends on a Saturday morning looking for a pedicure and ANC manicure. They stated they were able to accommodate us and proceeded to tell us to pick colors which we did. We all sat in the pedicure chairs and the person doing my nails had latex gloves on which I am highly allergic to, I asked him nicely to please remove them because I was allergic and you would have thought I asked him to chop his hands off. I totally understand his need to be sanitary however when my life is in danger its another story. If went downhill from there, we received quick and messy pedicures and then when it came to do our nails they were done quickly as well, to the point where I was asked to wash my hands and when I came back another technician who was working on my friends nails told me I could put lotion on my own hands because my technician had moved on to another client. It has been a week so far and my nails are already chipped, which ANC is supposed and has lasted up to 3 weeks. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and sad because this isnt something I do on a regular basis and was a treat and my experience was less than unsatisfactory. We will not be returning.

Its a shame that I got the ick from this salon b/c my pedicure lasted the longest ever! It must have been the pumice she used b/c my feet were so itchy once I left. It was not athletes foot, but I just would not take the chance and go there again. Everyone was very nice but ewwww!! I have never ever gotten anything like this from any other nail salon EVER! I will be bringing my own pumice and files where ever I go to avoid this from happening again. There are lots of salons out there. Avoid this one.

Was a little worried reading the other reviews but had a gift certificate to cash in. Went 6:00 Monday and was the only one there. It was soooooo nice. the guy was great and I had a wonderful relaxing pedicure with lovely music and peace. Absolutely divine. I think the off hours allow for more enjoyment and after a stressful day, this was fantastic. Had a callous buster followed by a strong pumicing that buffed my feet to the best they have been in months.

Maybe if they focused on their work instead of talking badly about their customers, they would actually be a decent place to go. The guy who did my nails cut them unevenly and they were chipped by the next day. The environment was very uncomfortable, as he completely ignored me and just shot his coworkers looks and made remarks in Chinese that made everyone who worked there turn and look at me. Incredibly rude, I will never go back there again.

Fungus breeding ground - first visit here a friend brought me, I had to seek medical treatment after my nails began to turn green/brown etc.. I went to the doctor and he said I was lucky "fungus" is all I got. Obviously a very dirty place, shared instruments and files.....Never Never Never again at nightingales!!!! the medical treatment ran me a fortune

Uhhh never going there again, just went in for an eye brow wax, they werent even good at it. sooo many hairs i need to tweeze. Also They were completely unsanitary, i almost ran out the door. She used the same spooly, that was obviously not thrown away, and then she blew on the wax before she put it on me, huge health code violators!!!

Just had my nails done best experience ever!!! Best prize in town -you cant beat it !!! Staff was friendly and the service was excellent and no mistakes were made . I love it here !! Highly recommended..!!

My pedicure was extremely rushed and looked horrible. I have also received low quality ANC that quickly developed lots of small pores and chipped off a few days after. I do NOT recommend!

Friendly. Good services and kind and professional staff. Occasionally get someone who does not come up to the standards of the other stllloo loopff, but this had been rare to me.
