I was referred by one of your long time customers. The first time i came here I was very happy with the service I received from Annie!!!! She was pleasant and helpful I had a fill in and a spa pedicure with some extras and my eyebrows. I ended up spending 80 dollars and tipped 10 between 2 people. My second time coming back 10-7-2015 the man in the 2nd chair was incredibly rude because i didnt have cash so i payed with my Visa (there is an atm next door and i have several cards) if the man would have never said anything i would have come back after done with a tip instead he complained about the 2 dollars i put to make my card charge an even 50 dollars and told me to not come back. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS IN YOUR AREA? I have been getting my nails done for 14 years and I have never been insulted by anyone. The guy in the first chair then says 2 dollar tip no good Im upset because my intent was killed by the horrible remarks of these 2 incredibly rude men. I will NEVER come back to your business and I live 2 blocks away i was referred to you by a couple who comes to you often and I know 3 other people who visit your place after my referral. I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT COME THEIR AGAIN EITHER!!!!! THEY NEED TO LEARN PATIENCE AND RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS RUNNING.

I went there thursday with my sister for a funeral. I had to go back the next day because there were air bubbles underneath the gel pedicure. My sisters gel color completely Came off her toe after 2 days. This place is "clean" but its overpriced and the pander you to overtip the workers. I understand that they deserve a tip but you as a owner you shouldnt be asking for more. Spent 88$ and that will be THE LAST TIME I EVER GO THERE. Honestly dont waste your time. Go to the ones in green acres mall. Same price but better service. He didnt even shape my coffin nails right. It was sloppy but at that point I just wanted to go home. Ugh. Also when I came back they tried to shush me so that other customers couldnt here the reason why I was returning. Over them.

I gave it a 2 because its clean. I was referred to this location by a friend, as it was closer than the regular place I go to. I went a few times because I like their gel manicures, however, their pedicures are really bad. They barely like to touch your feet. Usually, my pedicures last at least a week or two, my pedicures with them lasts for 3 days tops. When I complained to whom I thought was the owner (he takes the money) he said well my feet are dry thats why and I must ask for the $8 pedicure, I guess I should of came with my feet already done. I informed him I already at one point paid $30 for a pedi and it still wasnt good. He said said no I must pay for this $8 pedicure. I will not go back. I went to my old place where my pedicures last.

They are okay but sometimes the workers are not that friendly. The owner is very nice but the place is a bit expensive
