I came in for an oil change, and asked to price an air filter and gas filter. They have a board with spots for the prices for all of these things, but almost all of the items on the price board had blank spaces for the prices. Dean, who is apparently the manager, quoted me at $77 for the package. I thought I didnt have enough for the fuel filter, but when I double checked "$77 for all three; the oil change, air filter, and fuel filter" he said yes. I took out my card to pay, and he said he wouldnt take it until it was done. An hour later he came out and charged me $155.81. When I asked him what was up with that he told me he said the Fuel filter alone was $77 with half an hour labour. I looked him in the eye and repeated myself a few times, he stammered about how he said it was just for that, how I was asking the prices of different things, and how he had quoted $77 for just the fuel filter. If he had said that before I would have passed on the fuel filter. Now, I get to not eat because I needed to swipe my card to get my car.

This is one of the shadiest shops around. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOLD THINGS THAT DONT NEED TO GET DONE! Yesterday they told me that my car would be fine for inspection if I did the rear brakes costing $400 and I need to get an inspection done or my car will fail with the new bullshit laws NYS put in place so come back. They didnt know that I do all the work on my car. Today I come back with my brakes done and magically they "cant inspect my car" for fines that dont come into play until tomorrow. So it was ok yesterday when you were going to sell me rear brakes that I didnt really need? Right.... What a piece of garbage that little guy was! Avoid this place. They are only willing to do something if they can screw you over. Go to anyone else but here.

i brought my car in recently to get new brakes. The parts were almost double the price of most online company parts. Eddie the service rep wasnt very pleasant and helpful either. When I told him I had a coupon for an oil change, He pretty much told me it was too late and that they changed the oil already and that the coupon was only for regular oil and not synthetic oil. Had I known that I would have asked for regular oil. When I asked if they gave discounts for nypd or fdny or any law enforcement they said no and there was no discretion or even a nice gesture as to allowing me to use the coupon. Will not be taking my car back there again for service. You won this time Meineke of Smithtown. I lost.

I purchased a truck from a used car dealership that turned out to have an exhaust leak. They sent me here to have it fixed and they did a great job. The cut out the pipes that were problematic and replaced it with fresh steal, they leveled my exhaust tips, and were honest about the resonator being beyond repair and instead of being shady like some other places would because it was a Borla setup and resonator. They had no problem giving it back to me. And the welds they did seem to have sealed perfectly. No taps, putt putt noises. My Hemi sounds great again! Very pleased

I was chased out of there,harassed and threghtened by the manager.. I call the business and they called mine saying they did nothing wrong but it was me.. the moron is still behind the desk now.. make sure to never confuse them with measurements for a custom sleeved pipe that takes 2 minutes to make including cutting.. I managed Syosset meineke for years and thats all the time it takes.. no the manager decides to follow me to my car and fight for 5 minutes staying hell knock my teeth out .. yeah.dirtbag that will be the day haha .. fn desk crackhead....

I have used them a few times and it is definitely a mixed bag. Eddie is rude and disrespectful, at pick-up time tries to pad the bill and cut corners on items like warranty agreements. Dean is honest and pleasant and happy to answer your questions and work with you on an acceptable deal. The actual repairs were nothing spectacular - I had to return 4 times for a brake job that they never got right and I get the sense that the recent strut replacement they did used substandard parts as it still doesnt feel great.

These guys are great over here. Both Dean and Ed always go out of their ways to do the right thing, and to help guide you in the right direction. I have been going to them for over 10 years now, and they have serviced every car Ive owned in that time from mustangs to 300zs to jeeps to camerys.. they have serviced them all for me and always were very fair, and more importantly did great work.. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

What I like about this shop is that if you have the part already then they have no problem installing it for you. I had them do some welding and install mufflers on my Mustang which I did not get through them and they were very reasonable with the price. I will keep going back to them for all my automotive needs.

They did okay work got it done well and on time; but seems like they charge nearly double for parts 180$ part was 400$ with them. I understand you gotta mark up the price but to mark it up 50% is unreal. I surely wont ever be going back to them for anything. Not recommended unless you have no other choice
