Lalak needs to be fired. This place is just ridiculous. Ive had packaged that was never delivered; say it was delivered when you track it. A couple of weeks ago, we had a package say it was delivered when you tracked it, i called the post office - on my 100th try i spoke to Lalak the supervisor there and he said he doesnt know why it says that he will search around for it and call me back. surprise surprise he never called back, when i called later that day he told me he couldnt find the package. After doing my own investigation, my neighbors have camera that reflect a little on the front of our house, i was able to prove the the package was never delivered, sure enough later that day they found the package, Lalak gave some bullshit excuse how i didnt give him the correct name. As Im typing this review now ( in rage ) i have to go to the post office again tomorrow morning for the same thing. I need help me howard or something with post office.I think i am going to have to buy a PO Box in a different borough just so i dont have to deal with this post office ever again !!!!! this place is gonna give me high blood pressure before i turn 30.

I absolutely love my carrier! So much so I got him a Christmas present last year but unfortunately it got lost in the mail. Anywho, he is amazing, when Im not home he leaves my packages at the door, outside the building basically on the sidewalk, rain, sleet or snow. Not only does he allow other people to get free stuff, he loves his job so much he wants me to reorder the stuff so he could do it twice. Hes also a ton of fun, we play this game where I order a package and Ill say "Out for delivery" and Im home, then hell show up on the corner and... without coming to the door the package magically goes from "Out for delivery" to "A delivery was attempted" - I LOVE MAGIC! If youre reading this post and youre thinking this guy is on drugs, Im not..it was never delivered.

This is the worst post office ever and it is unfortunate that this is my local post office. They NEVER answer the phones there. They dont deliver where they are supposed too, never leave package slips If you miss the delivery, and dont follow directions when they are supposed to redeliver a pacakge. Everyone in there has nasty attitudes and you can always find yourself waiting at the front for someone to help you out no matter how empty the place is because everyone is either in the back and theres always one up front runing her mouth on the phone or just texting away. I had the worse encounter here ever today. If you dont have to deal with this post office I recommend avoiding this place at all costs !

As everyone says this is by far the worst post office in history. Dealing with these people is the worst. The delivery guy for my area does whatever he wishes. If I have any large packages he wouldnt even bother to bring it with him. He would Instead leave a notice even though I would be at home all day and he would do this multiple times. You would call the office to find out where the heck is your package but with no answer and to make things better ,the delivery guy wont try to redeliver any package unless u get in contact with them via scheduling online or phone which they dont answer. This is so ridiculous and its a so called government building. Dont when want to give 1 star.

The post office at 117-04 101 ave is the worst post office ever. The manager Lalek does not know anything and does not have good customer service and very rude. This is the second time im having trouble getting my package from this post office. They always lie about delivering packages, I was tracking my package online around 1pm on Jan 26 and the online tracking shows that they attempt delivery at 2.15 pm on Jan 26,2015 and business was closed. How can they attempt delivery at 2.15pm when I was tracking it at 1pm and saw the message. The business was open since 10 am on this day and someone was there to received my package. This is ridiculous.

a month ago Several important letters delivered to next doors, in india kids mass and one call phone posted and Im One team received One no and I dont know what happened my package I received kids maas and my callphone missing same one open my package I send it 06/19/17 Monday Last d iday someone took my $400 package from front door and i have proof because its delivered but one team not received. Post office staffs are rude and careless. ZERO customer value. Horrible service when you have no other option. I wanna move out from Richmond Hill and one of the major reason is this USPS office.

For some reason even tho someone is always at my house I keep getting delivery failure messages, because they say no ones home. And pretty much every time I have a package that Im waiting on something goes wrong with it and I never get it. One time I had something coming to me from China, they left the papers saying that they were going to hold it for a couple of days. I went the next day after getting the notice and the guy in charge thats in the little room in the back says that they sent it back to China already, that I should have picked it up sooner.

Like many post offices, this one doesnt have enough people to service the customers. The post office wonders why it is losing money? Its not just the explosion of the internet; its bad service. In addition, it makes little sense for the post office to only be open between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 pm. Most people are at work at those times. A simple solution -- why doesnt the post office have staggered shifts keeping ALL post offices open until at least 7 or 8 pm so that they would be available to more people?

Most Horrible Post Office Lazy workers Mr. Lalak should be fired he sits all day doing nothing no one absolutely no one answers the phone been calling every 10 minutes for the past three days. unbelievable They should fire everyone and put new people who really want to work...... Would be nice if they actually knocked when you are expecting a package. Sitting in my living room and. Ot a knock, I decide to check my mailbox and sure enough an " sorry we missed you" card was left behind. USPS really really needs an overhaul and hire people who take pride in their job. Having said that, went directly to the post office and the manager went above and beyond to find a resolution to my problem.

Ordered a book about 3 weeks ago and it came two days later only to be kept in that post office. Why do you keep the package there? I was home when they "made a delivery" attempt for the first time but after 3 weeks, package is still being kept there. Take the book out of the box, and put it on the truck to be delivered...Please.... Its seems to running and operating by buffoons.
