I have been going to South Salem Auto Care for years. I have always had nothing but a great experience!!!!! These guys bend over backwards to help get your car back on the road. I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the purch on the frame that holds the shock in the front just completely rusted away into nothing. Most places would not be able to fix an issue like this or even try to for that matter. These guys no problem!!!! After a day my jeep was back on the road and working good as new. Thank you so much Bruce and Matt!!!!!! I dont know what I would have done without you guys!!! Absolutely top notch work, and you know that your not being taken advantage by these guys trying to make money off you. Best experience Ive ever had deal with an auto care place!!!!!

Over these past few weeks, South Salem Auto Care worked tirelessly to diagnose the problems with my Subaru Outback and I am blown away by the quality of work they have done. My mom and I have come here with our cars my whole life and I can always count on them to be open and honest and thoroughly explain the work they are doing. Bruces new ownership bringing evening and Saturday availability means I can know the status of my vehicle and can call for whatever questions I may have whenever I need to. As someone who works a full time job, this is invaluable. Without their expertise, I would have burnt up scrap metal instead of a fully functioning car. I give South Salem Auto Care an excellent grade on the 70K mile servicing they recently did on my 2003 S80 Volvo. Each component of the servicing was explained in advance and after the work was completed. Bruce went down the list explaining each item. Instead of replacing a $900 part that was malfunctioning (throttle body), the crew cleaned and serviced the existing part for a fraction of the cost, something I never experienced before. I also appreciated the 10% first-time-customer discount. SSAC is now my go-to auto servicing and repair shop.
