Hello so Im not sure if I can post this if not please remove. I just want to give everyone a heads up of a situation that I had with a local body shop. I took my car for a inspection and a oil change at the Rockville Centre Auto Repair on North Park Avenue. They ended up telling me that I was missing a lug nut in my car (which I wasnt) and that my car would not pass inspection without it. I didnt mind this as much as the fact that yesterday almost a week after I got my oil changed I had noticed that the oil was leaking in the street outside of my house and it was on L when my husband checked the oil. This place is a bunch of crooks and I would hate for them to take advantage of anyone else. When I went back to explain to them and express that I was aggravated with the fact that I had drove all the way to sesame place with my oil on low not knowing until I noticed the oil. The owner had told me that he was not reimbursing me back and was extremely rude to me holding the door open for me telling me to leave the store immediately. I have never been so disrespected in my life. After this I had spoke to some other people that have gone there to find out they had similar experiences with pages of things that needed repairs when in reality they did not.

I have a 99 XK8 Convertible and a 2003 S-Type. I need a mechanic that specializes in Jaguars. I heard that RCAR specializes in Jags. My cars are older, have no warranty and it always seems they need TLC. I enjoy both cars but they constantly need to be serviced. I had a problem with the ABS and traction control devise on the XK8. I went to a place called JagPro. They gave me a price that was $2,400.00. Thats ridiculous. I took my car to this place and they changed the module and whatever else for $800.00. Ive been back a few times with other issues and they were always professional and affordable. Ive recommended this place to my friend who also has an older Jag and he loves them. This place does not even deserve a star. This is the worst place I have even been to not only are they crooks that try and take advantage of woman they are so disrespectful. I took my car to this place for a oil change and they gave me pages of things that were "wrong" with my car. I didnt even ask for my car to be checked. Apparently I needed brakes in my car (keep in mind I had just done this), rotars and the list goes on. My husband is a mechanic and was not able to fix my car since he threw his back out so I figured I would take it to this place. Wow what a mistake that was. Everyone please be aware these people are crooks they WILL I repeat WILL try and rob you blind especially if you are a woman.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a ride home after dropping off our vehicle and actually delivered the car to our house when it was done. They gave us alternatives for our job which made sense and saved us money. Their hours are very convenient. They are a good neighborhood business which should be supported.

They way overcharged me!!! $235.00 to change one tire sensor. I knew I got bent over, so I called another local mechanic. $150.00 he quoted me.
