About three weeks ago, I was in need to get my locks changed at my house. So I walked in, and ask them how much it would cost me to change the whole lock, and it turns out it costs 200 dollars to change per lock. The clerk asks me its quite expensive, and was there something wrong with the lock that causes me to replace the entire thing. I told him no, I am simply looking to change the key components to the lock, basically I want to change the keys to my house. The clerk told me then I dont need to buy the whole lock, just a portion of it, which saved me half of what it cost to replace the entire lock on each door! I asked for their price range, and how much it would cost me to change the parts on front and back door, I was very satisfy with their rates. I told the clerk that I was in a rush and I need the work to be done quickly. He contacted Ashley, one of the owners of the shop and he happens to be close by. Had me bought the parts with me and met him at the house. It took less than 15 minutes for him to complete the task and he was extremely friendly and helpful through the process. I cant ask for a better locksmith and was more than pleasantly surprise at their exceptional fast and reliable services. I will definitely revisit them again in the future if there were problems with my locks again. It was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend their services to anyone who ever has a lock problem :)

Ash one of the Bussiness owners came to my home with respect and quality service. he explained how he was going to approach the issue and I felt honesty from him immediately.you can tell by the way Ash worked he has expert knowledge. With service like this price does not matter to me personally. theres no price for the protection of my home.Theres not to many companies that are around like these anymore. Recently ordered and installed new locks (front and rear doors) and am so pleased how good they turned out. Better than the catalogs display picture. Both, Thomas and Ash handled and understood our request and need for a lock feature to would display well, as to also, provide a durable/strong security lock. A job well done by both men! Last week I had an appointment with Gus( at short notice). He checked my door and told me that if he drilled the hole in my new door and put the lock in, in time it would no longer work properly and did not want to take my money knowing what was going to happpen and that instead I should check with the company that made my door instead ( which I did and will be getting a new one). So happy to know that there are still honest people out there. I would absolutely recommend Advance lo k and key. Not only was he honest but also professional. Thank you. Sonia

Best experience I have had. Lost the key to my Toyota Rav4 but still had the spare. Advance Lock & Key was the best price on Staten Island. When I drove up to the storefront Ash was at the door, he treated me like family and was very patient with any questions I had. I had a new key in 15mins. He walked with me to the car while I tested it and it worked perfectly. I have already told my friends and family that this is the place to visit for any Lock and Key needs. Ohh - he even copied a key for an older car at no additional charge..

Ash did a great job on my front door. I wasnt just concerned about break ins but I also had a concern that if I ever trusted someone with my key (like a girlfriend) but later took the key back, that a copy could have been made prior to the key being returned. Ash explained to me that the Multi-lock comes with a card which copies could not legally be made without. This was the perfect lock for me, and Ash installed it within minutes. I am very happy with the job he did, and would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I was looking for a reliable locksmith to add and additional lock to my front door so I googled it. Advance lock & key answered all my questions and made it out same day. It was a very difficult job due to my door being made of steel but Ash the locksmith kept at it until the job was done. Ash was very social able, friendly, prompt and a great worker. When the job was complete he packed and cleaned up the area. I would recommend Advance to anyone looking to do a well, fast and proper job.

Ash the owner is so wonderful. He went out of his way to make car remotes for both my cars. He spent so much time with me picking out different keys for my children and I for all my different locks. He truly cares about his customers and makes them feel like family. Plus when I got home, I tried all the keys (about 20-25) and they all worked. Definitely have your home and car keys made by Advance Lock and Key. Youll be so happy you did!

Called Advance earlier today to change my locks and didnt think I was going to be able to get it done. Ash fit me in to his schedule and provided great customer service. He takes pride in his work, does a great job and even CLEANED UP after himself!!! Doesnt get better than that. My parents recommended Advance and Im so glad they did.
