Lost my only set of keys for my VW. I didnt want to pay the dealership price for a new one so I called Payless Car Keys and they came same-day to NJ and made a new key and programmed on the spot for me. I was aware of how challenging it is to program and code a VW key and the man who came to me ran into a slight problem with the programming. It wasnt a big deal (the only problem was that the parking brake light, ABS system light, power steering light, and traction control light remained on even though they worked), but the man insisted on not taking ANY money for his service; including toll money and spending an hour with my car. So they gave me a key free of charge that worked perfectly fine and I brought it to the dealership where they re-programmed it and wound up paying a fraction of the cost to get a new key. Huge thumbs up!!!

Lost one of my keys to my Jeep Wrangler and needed a duplicate key to be cut and programmed. Called all the local locksmiths and they wanted $$$$ (didnt even waste my time with the Jeep dealer). I just happened to drive by this place and I am so glad I did. They were able to cut and program 2 keys in LESS THAN 5mins all for a very reasonable price. The keys worked perfectly, started my car and were able to lock and unlock my doors. The owner was very professional and upfront with the all cost and his capabilities. I will definitely go back should I ever need another key. Tip: Park in the tiny lot next to the Verizon store for the fastest service.

Getting to the place is easy and direct. Alexs prices cant be beaten believe me Ive tried. So feel free not to worry about over paying . Alex is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions or concerns that you may have. Also Serge is quick and very careful in handling your vehicle. Called today on the way home, asking if they would be able to schedule an appointment to replace a key with a chip, thinking it would take half a day to do, Sam said "Weve got a guy heading to Clifton, if you want to meet him there, he can set you up". Got to the address, found out I didnt need a full replacement, just a simple fix, was done in 10 minutes and the cost was phenomenal! Much less than if you went to a dealer.

I bought a fob from eBay and Went to Payless key to program and they tried to program my fob for about 10 minutes they noticed that it did not work they gave me a different fob from the store I noticed it was like a use fob not a brand-new one but still in good condition they got it done quick and easy I will definitely bring my business to them again and dont buy anything from eBay go to them first

Excellent service. Very honest. I bought a replacement key from them without realizing that I needed special programming. They allowed me to return the key along with my damaged key. They offered to repaid the programming in my damaged key and then promptly returned my original key. I highly recommend Alex and team for any car key service. A+++++

I had a great experience at Payless Car Keys. The gentlemen were all very professional and super fast. I was done in 10 mins. Parking is conveniently placed right in front of the store on the curb. They also offer to come to your location in case you are locked out. I highly recommend this place for all car key needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. These guys are honest with what work has to be done and the prices are extremely fair. I had to fix my grandmothers key that was broken, they took the key right away and fixed within 10 minutes, also like I said the price was great. Best place in Staten Island for any car key related issues.

Brought in our ml320 with a new key purchased online. The key was cut , programmed and working in under 30min. This job would have cost us an incredible amount of money if we took it to the dealership, and it was done for us real cheap. Highly recommend this shop.
