Just would like to share a recent experience. The other day I mistakenly filled my truck with diesel fuel. i didnt realize it right away and by the time I got almost where I was going, I was certain based on the noise, the smoke, and completely stalling out,,that the truck was toast. I had it towed to Olympia auto,which is a block from my house...The moment I got there the owner Joe and a one of his mechanics put me at ease telling me to relax and that they would get right on it. They did, and by the end of the day they where confident they had it fixed. I just picked up the the truck and couldnt be more satisfied. Its running great..And knowing that they worked on it all day the bill could not have been more responsible. Thanks Guys.

My Ford Explorer was stuck in between gears and I was unable to start it or park it. I live on a hill and was unable to put it into park, so I had to keep my foot on the break while my neighbors and son ran about looking for bricks to chock the wheels. While researching mechanics I came across Olympia Care repair and the reviews were outstanding! I phoned the company and spoke with Dave who was very patient and explained diferent ways to resolve the issue as well as assisted with towing. Long story short, the team was AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE. My vehicle has been repaired and I found my new permanent mechanics! I would recommend Olympia Auto Repair to anyone who asks. I was looking for a reputable place on the island to fix my engine. After reading reviews on this shop, we decided to take a chance and drive over. While it was a busy day for the shop, they were up front about the timing. Regardless, our attendant Joe later gave us a call same day with the fix and estimated a reasonable price. He called us each step of the way, offering preventative maintenance to stop a repeat of my current problem. Better yet, he showed us the actual wear and tear of the parts that needed replacing! Im happy that he took the time to explain everything over the phone AND in-person. It was a 24-hour turnaround and a very personable experience. Thanks!

Olympia Auto was both fast and professional. They fixed the issue that day even though they had to stay late. They were able to explain to my husband and I exactly what was going on with the car, and also let us know what else really needed to be taken care of.
