The drivers side mirror of my GMC Yukon XL was hit while parked in front of my house. There was also some scratches on the same side where someone rubbed the car. Geico recommended A&B since they are a Geico Xpress Service Center and we decided to go with them. We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment and expected to wait, but someone came over to us as soon as we pulled up and introduced himself and said they were expecting us and we could take a seat inside and someone would get right on our paperwork. Immediately someone from the body shop started to explain the process to us clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I did not feel taken advantage of or uneasy at all which can sometimes happen in auto body shops. Everything was upfront and done exactly how it was explained to me in the beginning of the process. Also, since they are affiliated with Geico (but work with all insurance companies) there was an adjuster on site and we were in and out within a half an hour. They also have an Enterprise desk in the waiting area which made picking up the rental car fast and easy. They waiting area is very clean and updated and offers coffee as well. We brought the car in on a Monday and they said it would be completed by the end of the week. I received a call on Thursday saying the car was completed and I could pick it up anytime. We were happily surprised that it was done on time! When I arrived to pick it up the car was cleaned and the work was done. A manager from the shop and the insurance adjuster walked the car with me to show me that the work was completed and to make sure I was satisfied, which I absolutely was. When I came in the office they had a folder with all of the documents we needed as well as copies of the estimate and guarantee. Even though these are basic expectations, the fact that they are done and ready when we arrived made a difference and again we felt like there was complete transparency. I would 100% recommend A&B Collision to anyone with body and paint work that needs to be done. Everything was handled professionally and very quickly. Thanks to everyone at A&B.

The skill level of the professionals at this body shop is incredible. Everyone raves about how this place goes the extra mile, and I found that to be 100% true. It is no joke how thorough they are with their work. I dropped my car off still covered in street grime from the dirty snow that had piled on it during the winter and evaporated. Scratches and swirls everywhere. A tree branch had fallen on it and wrecked the roof and the pillars, along with the rear quarter panel with some nasty, nasty dents and branch scratches. When I got my car back, the dents were gone. The chipped paint from the branches, gone. They completely repaired all the damage, repainted the panels, and the paint job was so skilled, so meticulously finished, that the car looked better than it did when I bought it. It was a certified pre-owned so when I bought it, it was clean, but it had been sitting on a lot. A&B made it look like it wasnt a certified pre-owned car, but had in fact rolled right out of the factory. You could never tell anything happened to it. It literally looks brand new. Its been a couple of hours since I picked my car up and Im still in shock and awe. The staff in the office, the owner, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Geico made it easy as well with the auto repair xpress program. The whole ordeal with the tree branch falling on my car was nerve wracking but I am glad I chose this shop and I am glad Geico helped keep me sane during this ordeal. PICK THIS SHOP TO DO YOUR BODY WORK. Also, they detailed the inside of my car as well as the outside and I didnt even ask them to do it. They did it on their own. Amazing.

I had some body work done on my car after a relatively minor accident. The work was completed by the time we agreed to, the estimate was spot-on, and the work far exceeded my expectations. Our car was bought used, and buying it was more of a compromise and wasnt really what we wanted, so we werent too attached to it. It was a better-than-average "New York City" car with the bumps & bruises associated with having a car in NYC, but still in fairly decent shape. The work A & B did restored it to like-new condition, and it looks better than when we bought it; the work is good enough to have me seriously thinking about wanting to keep our car. If and when I decide to have the rest of the body damage fixed on my car (damage that was previously there and not related to my claim) Ill definitely be going back to A & B. This review is coming from someone whos spent years working around cars, at new & used car dealers, in rental car, and at body shops, so Ive seen what good body work looks like, and where body shops try to cut corners, and this work was excellent.

After running over a ladder that fell off a truck on the GSP doing 65 mph I was sure my 5 series BMW would never be the same. the damage to the undercarriage was extensive and the insurance company from the truck that dropped the ladder would take care of all costs and send their man to do the repair estimate. Amit from A&B had my back, he made sure all damaged items were put into repair estimate and that the car would be not only as it was but even better. The completion date was met and my car looks and runs great. I cant thank Amit and the staff of A&B enough. From Kim answering my initial call and assuring me everything will be ok to Kelly booking my rental and Passent helping me find my forgotten EZ pass. The unfortunate task of having to repair a damaged car was made easy " almost pleasant" To me it was like having family in the repair business. Thank you all Frank Autuoro
