Place seems terrible already, Im going to be honest I got on the phone pretty rude, but no need to hang up the phone after Im trying to ask what is wrong with the car and how much its going to be. If you dont no how much its going to be ok. But dont hang up the phone after I am asking what is wrong with the car, and then when I call back they tell me that they know my father. What is that suppose to mean? I am very unsatisfied with customer service and I am no longer letting them do any work to the car or paying for any service at all. If I find out that there is more wrong with the car then how it was originally received to them, then Im coming back and theyre going to be bigger problems. If I answer the phone no matter how or what, I expect customer service should try and cooperate especially if all Im asking is for questions about the car.

Honest--they showed me every part that needed to be replaced and explained why + gave me an extremely itemized bill for parts and labor Reasonable--both parts and labor prices were easily the lowest in my area, I was offered the option to source parts myself if I wanted Competent--electrical and mechanical issues with my car were solved Ridiculous--after a miscommunication about payment and pickup, Richie even drove me to my house, the ATM and back to the shop on his day off to make things right. Ask for Richie!

Juan Junior was extremely knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done on my car. He even went as far as speaking to my father on the phone to explain what he would do 1st to check the car before evaluating everything that needed to be done. As a female it is always difficult to go to the mechanic because of fear of taking advantage of....due to our lack of knowledge about cars. This place is extremely honest and accommodating. I give this place 5 stars for service, knowledge, and prices.
