This place is known in the area as being "crooked !" They have three local shops on the South Shore, one on Amboy Road, in Eltingville ,one on Amboy Rd. in Great Kills and one on Hylan Blvd. in Annadale. All are owned by two brothers, and boy do they have some reputation as arrogant, money-hungry, inept and cut throat ! They have inept mechanics that will charge you exorbitant fees for things and parts you do not need if you are unsuspecting.....BEWARE ! They were caught using old parts and passed them off as new and also accused of insurance fraud and theft of valuables. How they stay in business is beyond me ! They also have a history of theft, where laptops, cell phones and navigation system mysteriously "disappear" when cars are left in their care. Avoid this establishment at all cost, they are fraudsters, scammers and well known in the area for just that !

These guys have the 20$ NYS inspection, which is just the bait to get you in and find something wrong(thats not} with your car, and FAIL your inspection! It still costs you $20 though. They failed my siss car saying it needed pads and rotors, then I find out from her, and find the receipt,showing that they were just done 1400 miles ago .They showed me corrosion on the rotor that I knew its was from the car sitting, and there was nothing wrong with them. THEY ARE JUST THIEVING LIARS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

While Steve seems like a straight shooter, customer service is not his or the owners top priority. Money is. I dont mean to imply he doesnt do good work, however the work I received was unsatisfactory and I was dissatisfied with the work done. I know mechanic shops dont like "come backs," and this should have been made right by the shop to prevent any ramifications. I received poor customer service, was lied to, and received no resolution from this business. Would not recommend.

i have been going to this repair shop for about two years. Everytime my car breaks down Steve and his guys help me out. If it wasnt for Steve i would have never made it to work on time on day and I thank Steve for that day. I recommened this shop for quality work done right.

Horrible. They are money hungry thieves. They wanted to charge me 40 for putting two plugs in a tire. Then when I said forget it. They were going to charge me 20 for taking off the tire. Real dirtbags. Stay away.
