Had to go to get pictures taken of my car for insurance reasons and waited roughly 30 minutes for the person to get there when they said come between 1-4 (I came at 1:30). So had to wait 30 minutes because she took a car to get washed in keyport and no one else knew how to work the program even the guy running the shop. Once she came in I dolled out the paperwork and she went to take a picture of it with the program and said it wasnt working and she couldnt do it today. I saw the program on her phone and it was one of those scanners you can use for shopping online where it scans your card and you have to fit it into the bars. So given that is tricky but all she had to do was fit it into those bars. So now I am supposed to have this done by tomorrow when Ill be at work all day and am going into work at 3 now.

I have no words....these guys here work magic, I called and spoke to Danny ( what a cool dude!!!) Someone hit my door on my brand new Nissan Pathfinder...so I go there thinking its going to cost me an arm and legs right off the bat, NO WAY... he looked at it and says... dont worry I got this.... AND HE DID. the job was done super quick, and fantastic, he gave me a price which was absolutely reasonable....for the life of me I can not find where I got hit, I can not see any scratches or dent I had... p.s. Andrew was very helpful as well, awesome shop... Thank you guys!!!

Kathy was super nice and helpful. Returned a uhaul truck to this location and she made the process quick and easy and was out in minutes. Also returned the rental a tad late and Kathy waived the extra day fee!
