Spent $1700 plus and nothing was fixed! I left my truck overnight so they could properly diagnose my steering issue and coolant leak! I had to go to autozone and purchase my UV dye for $3.00. Still havent fixed the noise in the steering and couldnt find a coolant leak although the bottom of my truck was covered in coolant! When we called them and politely asked what was going on with the truck the manager Dennis hung up on me! Still I was polite payed my bill and they charged me twice! When I called to explain that nothing had been fixed Dennis asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" The technicians or part changers are polite, however the manager is a complete idiot! Wants me to come back and charge me more to fix the same problem! Stay away from this shop!

Terrible experience I would rate it lower if I could.I had my brakes done 6 months ago and there squeaking already sounds like metal against metal and my abs light is still on."I was told it was suppose to be on.Rookies...I had my power steering pump done 3 times in 2 months the third time I broke down on the parkway for 2 hours.The pulley on the pump broke off and the belt came off,I over heated and lost complete power during rush hour.I think they over tightened it.finally they sent me to hazlet for the 4th time.The worst experience ever I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy.I tried calling there main office and no answered back Im fed up its been to long and I have spent to much money trying to figure out there crap.

All I can say is great! I worked with Dennis and he is such an honest and helpful guy. No up selling here. It was my first time and I will definitely be back. I came in for an oil change. While I was here he showed me my brake pads in the back were completely gone. He didnt just tell me. He showed me. I compared the front ones to the back and he was telling the truth. Ive been to other places where they just tell you what you need and scare you. I initially thought he was doing that but after I inspected, I knew he was telling the truth! I highly recommend this place. He worked with me on price which i really needed so i can get everything done. Definitely ask for Dennis!!!!

Ive been to this Midas several times and have been happy but not anywhere near as happy as with Dennis in charge. I truly feel this is one of the most honest guys in the auto repair industry. Two visits ago i brought in a second hand car i purchased and felt it was a bit loud but he checked it out and said that was just how my car sounds (no charge). Recently due to convenience i took my 4x4 into another shop (near my job) and was hit with a BIG number estimate so i took it to Midas and Dennis and his people checked it out and came up with a much more reasonable price and all is well. Fair. Honest. Accommodating. Professional and Respectable. Basically sums up how I feel about this Midas Location. Had the pleasure of meeting Dennis who worked the desk position there - Customer service was awesome from him! In addition, the knowledge and professionalism of the mechanics was everything I couldve hoped for in my pursuit to "get the job done" efficiently effectively and without breaking the bank in the process. I would highly recommend anyone to take their car here so that they get the service they need and a place they can trust!

These are the people to bring your vehicle to. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I saved $900.00 by bringing my car in for a second opinion on my exhaust system problem. ( The"other guys" were ready to charge me $1,500.00 for work on a ten-year-old Saturn!) This Midas station and their crew did the repair beautifully and had it ready in less than a day! Theyve got my business from now on.. even for simple oil changes. Top notch folks, and their customer service man is a pleasure to deal with!

Dennis, one of the guys in charge, is absolutely wonderful. Hes friendly, understanding, and tries to work with you for both what is best for your car AND for your pocket. The work is always well done and holds up, and if youre concerned something didnt go quite right they KNOW the work theyve put in and are willing to check it out for you. I recently had some exhaust work done and they did an outstanding job ! I normally wouldnt be inclined to write a review, but the level of customer care I received was remarkable. Excellent communication throughout. I had a scheduled appointment, they called when I ran late, and the car was done as promised. I was charged a very fair price for the work they did and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
