The staff here has always been rude and disrespectful as soon as you walk in the door and for no reason. They always try to up-sell you for things you didnt ask them to look at, and arent even necessary. My most recent incident w/ this place was trying to redeem my second of five oil changes that was purchased at a discounted rate earlier in the year. I had the receipt/invoice of the deal to prove purchase. I walked in and presented the invoice/receipt to the manager and said I wanted to redeem one of the oil changes. The manager immediately had an attitude when I asked to redeem the oil change. He asked if I had some "card" for the oil changes and I said I did not. I then asked him, "The invoice wont do?" and he answered w/ a smart remark, "No, not really." He then told me he would get to it when he could and that I would need to bring the card for redemption when I picked the car back up. When I came back w/ my mother, who was very respectful and calm when inquiring about the situation and why the invoice would not be accepted, and is the original person who purchased the package, the same manager copped an attitude, was rude, dismissive and very short and said "Its not my call. Ill have to ask the owner." He then went and talked to the manager and came back 5 minutes later, basically threw the paper work at my mother to sign, and said "Youre gonna have to find the card. This is the last one hes doing like this." This is when I stepped in and said to the manager, "She said that she didnt receive the card when she purchased it. So dont you think the person who sold it could have forgotten? People make mistakes, right?"...Nothing but mumbles and "I dont know, I didnt sell it to you" from the manager. I then asked about the records they keep in their computer system of all the work they do on whos car, date, time etc. I said, "You keep records, right? So then you would be able to see how many times this car has been in here to have the oil changes? Or about how many times this specific oil package deal has been redeemed?" He said that he did keep records but gave no good reason as to why he wouldnt be able to see how many times the deal had been redeemed. Really? My last remark was in reference to something the manager said earlier in the inquiry of why the invoice wasnt good enough (he had said that it says right on the invoice that you need the card) and I asked him to show me where on the invoice it states that you need the card to redeem the oil changes. He took the paper, looked it over and conceded that it did not state it on the invoice/receipt. I then asked, "that wouldnt hold up in court, right?", and he said he "didnt know." He then began to say how he "wasnt going to argue it" and this is when we left. While I understand that they want the card to show how many times the 5 oil changes have been redeemed, so as to not have the original purchaser give it to someone else and have them use it, and then you use the invoice to get 5 more, or something to that effect, it makes no sense to me that they dont/cant use their computer system, which the manager admitted to having records, and being able to see how many times that particular oil package deal was redeemed. Its completely unreasonable. So then this all comes down to the fact that they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to redeem something youve paid for upfront because, at most, theyre getting paid a discounted rate for the labor/work because it was part of a discounted/promotional deal. Or they simply want you to lose the card and not be able to redeem it. When you go to any retail store, receipt is the gold standard for proof of purchase and they have COMPUTERS w/ RECORDS to prove this.

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. Spent over $1,200 in fixing my car. They did not top off any fluids when I paid for the biggest package for an oil change and on top of it my front brakes went in less then 6 months after getting "brand new" brakes from here. I went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost for me to get my brakes re-done and I have a lifetime warranty. The person I spoke with said it would only be $100 for them to fix them. I get the quote back and its $400. They buy the cheapest supplies possible have the most horrific staff and cant even top off fluids that I paid $50 for during an oil change. I would wipe this buisness off the state of New Jersey and call OSHA on them because all their regulations and standards are being broken while theyre ripping off people. I would never go back. I would never give that place any money ever again and if you do go there have fun dealing with a bunch of idiots that run that horrible facility. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF- DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY SERVICE unless you want your money to be stolen from you.

We delt with Steve the manger of this location which is the worst manger also he does not treat customers right. He also tried to sell us parts that we never needed. He said we need a wheel bearing and a hub. So we took the car for a second opinion and then took it to my dad and everybody said their not bad it just needs a tire. And when we picked the car up Steve throw the keys at me.

The worse experience ever I went in for brakes got my brakes done. Had them look at my check engine light they said no code was present. He then took a guess on what it might be. A guess from a mechanic very bad experience

Bad news,: rude staff, high pressure over sell, hidden fees, dirty waiting/coffee area and no military discount made for a totally unpleasant experience. Ask around and find a shop that is customer oriented. for real!

Visited twice both times for an oil change. Service was relatively fast and I did not have any issues. Make sure to check out the website for any coupons or promotional offers.
