We got the brakes fixed on our car here but they left a brake pin loose. Although the main problem was fixed, our car had this suspicious squeaking and clicking sound whenever we used our brakes. Over the next few months this pin shattered and caused a lot of damage to our brakes. We ended up having to take our car to our car dealer and they were able to right all the wrongs that Meineke caused and never told us about. Do NOT go to this place to get your car fixed. If you have a problem with your car, dont take your car back to them, go somewhere else. In addition, another thing strange happened with Meineke and that same car when the check engine light came on. They did a diagnostics on it, and told us it would take 300.00 to fix the problem. We instead took it to get the oil changed for 25.00 and the check engine light turned off. If the problem was getting the oil changed, they would have over charged by a ridiculous amount. Dont. Ever. Go. Here!

This place is a scam theyll take your car Ill charge you $175 for a diagnostic then theyll forget to even put anything back so when you dont let them go ahead and rape you on labor they will get very aggressive and combative and will make sure your vehicle will be in worse shape than it was when you brought it to them this place is a scam Ive had to hire a lawyer to sue them in small claims court for vandalizing my vehicle The man named Charles should be fired he is aggressive combative and has no comprehension when it comes to customer service fair warning do not take your vehicle to these guys if you care about it even remotely!!!!!

I was planning to replace the rear brake pads and rotors for my 2011 Honda Accord with my own parts, and I called before I decided to go this shop: I was told this will take only one hour and the labor cost for this job is their regular charge $95 plus 25% surcharge by using my own parts. When I brought my car there for my appointment and they lifted the car and took all the wheels they asked for over $200, which is even more than what my dealership is asking for. I left this shop without getting anything done. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Horrible service and liars my daughter went to get a oil change and they told her she needed everything that you can imagine. So she calls me and I go to see what they wanted to fix.So I get there and the mmanager brings me in the shop and couldnt show me what needed to be fixed . The car only has 12,000 miles and they wanted to do brakes all around and that exhaust was leaking at the flex pipe!! I will never recommend this location not even for air in my tires. THIEVES!!!

My girlfriend dropped her car off for oil change and tire rotation. Her driver side tire fell off today. Upon calling meineke, they informed me that they are not responsible for any damages. In the mean time we are now responsible for paying all damages. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING YOUR TIRES FALLING OFF, while driving.

My husband and I went in to get an assessment on our A/C. Not only did the Manager charge us $92.00 just to look at it he was very rude and short tempered. Unprofessional in the way he spoke to customers, making them seem dumb because they didnt know the answer to his questions. Long story short we left this shop $92.00 less, with no more information than when we started.

nice guys, but deffinetaly not there to save you money. Dont seam to be a rip off place and they do their job in a much more timely manner than the dealers. So if your looking for the cheapest place where you leave your car for two days but get rock bottom prices this isnt it but they are good at what they do, friendly and resonaboly priced. Ill will use them agian.

My family has been going to these guys for years & now myself. They are always nice & helpful. They always go above and beyond to help us. They are like family to us & I thank them for everything. Ive never ever had any problems. When ever I have questions or anything they are always glad to explain it to me. I have nothing bad to say about these guys.

I go there all the time for oil changes and major work. they arent always super polite but they get the job done right. they arent like other places ive gone where stuff brakes the next week. they are honest, thorough, quick, and though not partiularly polite, they are friendly.

By far the WORST auto service center that Ive ever been to. No one seems to know what they were doing, prices were ridiculous, and everyone was only interested in getting their job done quickly so they could get out early... I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The mechanic did great work. The office manger did an excellent job resolving a dispute regarding an internet coupon that may or may not belonged to the Car Care Center. You have a lifelong customer now except work needed done at dealer for warranty. THANK YOU...

They are honest and do a good job. I had the brakes changed and some fluids maintenance. The first quote was a little hefty for all the maintenance but I asked for only the necessary so it came down. They dont steal you money.

Come here for car check up for 20+ years. Work is done while you wait in an air conditioned office with magazine and coffee machine. They will do the work over a few days so one can balance time and cost.
