dont ever go to these dirt bags ever!! i went for a wheel alignment witch they couldnt even get the job done correct. i left from sears with my wheel cocked to the right and my truck was pulling to the left. even worse then it was when i brought it in so i just left home since i lived almost an hour away. only reason i went to this middletown location because it was on the way to drop my son off at school. anyhow the following week when taking my son to school i past by again to get the wheel alignment fixed. as i sat for almost 2 hours i new something was wrong so i start to walk towards my truck and when i saw my truck it was no longer on the wheel alignment machine and was parked in a diff bay witch i thought to my self this is weird and if my truck was done why didnt no one call me from waiting to tell me my truck is done. so at this point the manager saw me and he looked nervous. when he saw me he said hey your truck is all done as we walked to my truck then he said just one thing we have to give you a new mirror cause our certified tech just ripped off your mirror backing out of the wheel alignment bay. so at that point i got so angry and asked him how can this be possible!! then i went on asking if he drug tests his workers as it was a monday and all the dumb kids looked hung over and all stoned on drugs. i mean if you work doing something for years how do you just back out of a bay and ripp off a customers mirror!!? like they do this for a living and back out hundreds of card so how do you explain this issue if your now high on drugs or hung over from a ruff weekend of partying.. anyhow it is 4 months now and sears auto center insurance is a scam as im still waiting for my check to fix my mirrors and still no responce. when i call them they say it has been issued 4 months ago but still has not arrived.. i will be going on BBB now to complain.. SO I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AS ALL MANAGERS AN EMPLOYS SEEM TO BE ON SOME ( CDS ) AND HAVE NO CLUE OF ANYTHING .THE MANAGER SEEMS TO BE DUMB AS A BRICK AS HE CANT EVEN GIVE ME PROPER INFO TO MAKE A CLAIM. HE GAVE ME ALL WRONG NUMBERS AS IF HE DID THIS ON PURPOSE OF HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION OR MAYBE THEY TRAIN THESE GUYS TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS. AND AS YOU KNOW NOW 4 MONTHS HAS PASSED AND MY WHEEL IS STILL COCKED AND TRUCK STILL PULLS TO THE SIDE WHILE DRIVING AND IV BEEN DRIVING AROUND WITH NO MIRROR CAUSE OF THIS DARN PLACE. They refused to give me a refund and refused to fix my broken mirror.. DONT GO TO SEARS AS THEY HIRE YOUNG PUNKS FROM HIGH SCHOOL WITH VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING AND ARE ALL OBVIOUSLY ALL HIGH ON DRUGS.

Sears refused to honor lifetime warranty on a tire and adjust air pressure which was low. Instead they claimed there it had a nail and would cost $19.99 to repair. I explained I just wanted air as stated in warranty. They still refused so I drove to Pep Boys, which discovered there was no nail and filed Sears tire for free. Despite unusable warranty Sears refuses to refund the $12.

Theres an afrikan lady that works the phones and she is like talkin to a wall, she confuses things then is stubborn when you try to tell Her that she is talking about something different, and literally she just laughed at me when I asked how much a tire was.

They over tightened my lugs and one of the studs broke right off. When I called to ask if they could fix it they blamed it on me. Terrible service. Do not go here.
