Sears mechanics wants us to pay $500+ for engine cylinder replacement or repair on our 2011 odyssey with 70,000 miles. Sears mechanics said it needs to be replaced and cleaned due to severe carbon build up and damage. We brought it to honda of toms river. They saw no cylinder problem. No carbon build up. It was a misfire problem from spark plugs that is still covered by warranty. No charges. No $500 charged. I checked Sears paper report. No mention about cylinder problem. No evidence. It just said bolts on wheels should be checked periodically. I THINK THEY THINK PEOPLE ARE ALL STUPID. AND THAT ITS OKAY TO RIP-OFF STUPID PEOPLE. Nice job guys. You just lost a customer and his friends and their friends. Oh by the way $89.99+ tax is the money I had to pay them for diagnostics they did to find the source of the problem when the VSA and CEL lights were on. They probably just guessed. Coz honda put a small camera in all cylinders and found no problems. What a bunch of liars!!!!!

These guys think people are stupid I went twice to get a wheel alignment They charged me and my car failed their wheel alignment test Now my heater does not work If you dont know how to service a Jeep just say it and dont screw my car Never going back This is just terrible

Sears Auto Center has been working on my vehicles for the last 10 years, and the consistency over the years has been excellent. Their mechanics are very hard working and very knowledgeable about task at hand; and theyre cheaper than the dealer. Highly recommended.

It doesnt deserve a start, but this is the lowest that I found Worse service ever!!!!! Had an appointment 9:00am arrival 8:45 check in my car 9:15 waiting until 10:50 and they just start to do a simple Oil Change Service.

Got a Groupon for an oil change here. Showed up promptly for my appointment and they told me, "because you have an appointment scheduled, youll only need to wait 1 hour 40 minutes!" Huh?? Why so long for an oil change??
