A loved one recently passed away and we selected Ballard Durand for all of the wake and funeral arrangements. I had evaluated a few funeral homes in the area and found Ballard Durand offered the most complete services and they gave me excellent guidance from the first phone call. I was so impressed with their professionalism, warmth, kindness, sensitivity, sense of urgency and respectful, helpful attitude. In a very difficult and sad situation, the Ballard Durand team was exceptional. They truly went above and beyond from the moment I contacted them in the middle of the night. Matthew, Josh, Michael, Jenna and Megan were all so responsive in every situation; they all made our family the priority and cared for all of our needs and special requests with finesse. They made a stressful time so much better for our family. I recommend Ballard Durand without reservation and we are so grateful for all their efforts during our time of loss and grieving.
