Quiero darle las gracias a Arsenio, Maya y Julio por el excelente servicio que nos dieron en este momento tan doloroso para mi y mi familia, el apoyo moral, espiritual nos ayudo tremendamente. Fueron la ultima funeraria que llamamos pero tan pronto hablamos con arsenio fue como si nos conocieramos de toda la vida. Gracias a todos por hacernos ser parte de su familia.

4 Years ago, I also used this funeral home and they were very nice. Unfortunately I can not say the same today. We had my brothers funeral there this weekend and they were very rude. The AC was not on and when we ask, there answer was, that they did not even turn on the one from there office, and that the sun would go down in an hour and it would be cooler. Even the owners daughter was rude. Somewhere along the years, they lost there compassion for the families and just run it as a business. They seem to forget the reason people are there. If they can not deal with the customers in a compassionate way, they should get out of the business. I am very disappointed.

Where do I even begin? My aunt was on a respirator and it had made her tremendously swollen. I was skeptical to have her body viewed due to her condition and I expressed this to Arcenio and Maya. They told me to give them a picture of what she looked like prior to being on the respirator. Lets just say "WOW"! Everything was soooo perfect. Not only did they bring her swelling down, but groomed her hair in her favorite style, her makeup was light yet flawless and she looked as if she were sleeping. Julio was very helpful as well. He is such a sweetheart. Kudos to Borinquen Memorial. I love you guys!

My loved one is passing away and I called this business to figure out what I need to do. The female Maya was amazing she walked me through the process. She gave me a total that was way less than anywhere else. She didnt rush the phone conversation and made sure she answered all my question along with some I didnt even know to ask.
