I gave them 4 stars because everyday they said I should recieve the death certificate the next day, which turned into tomorrow, everyday was tomorrow I will receive the death certificate. Thats not good if you have family members abroad waiting for a copy to come. The Jamacian lady in the office is not too nice. She was in charge of that, she should have just been upfront and not tell stories. Other than that the service was great. Place is clean. They worked really fast. The flower lady on site did a great job on the flowers. Patrick the Director that was in charge tend to our every needs on the Day. Phillip, the Russian guy was also great and helpful.

Went to a funeral service at Caribe Funeral Home in Brooklyn. This place is like a funeral factory. There were about 2 other services going on at the same time, for a total of 3 services. We could hear the other services going on in the rooms beside us. Which made it very hard to hear the service for our departed. This was so impersonal. We could hear screaming and crying from the other funerals around us, as well as loud music. It was very difficult to mourn our departed. It added to the stress level already felt in the room. It was a distraction and took away from the service itself. I wouldnt recommend this type of funeral home, its too impersonal.

Caribe Funeral Home helped my family plan a beautiful going home service for my grandmother. The staff were very empathetic to my familys needs. The establishment is well kept, they offered valet parking, and a host of other things to assist with the service. I would refer anyone who wants to send their loved ones home to eternal peacedric to start here at Caribe Funeral Home.

losing my mom was the worst for me, she had no insurance, and lived in a different state, but Carib funeral home made my experience super easy and handled all the work for me frm 200 miles away... The facility was clean and very well put together, the prices where reasonable and the staff was really pleasant..

Losing my father was the worst. The staff @ Caribe were very professional, supportive and compassionate . They treat you more like family. Boris, George, Nikia, Mimi etc were very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful service at a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend them. Best service♡
