Went to this so called complete auto care station and made a 2:00 p.m. appointment and had it confirmed by the white plains firestone for a engine tune up via second email. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and checked in with the guy that was in the front room. He first tried to state I never made an appointment and then checked his computer. After looking at the computer, he then stated he dont do engine tune up work because he had only 1 mechanic working. He even tried to play stupid about what kind of car it was. On the webpage, it clearly asks what kind of car is coming in for service. He knew it was a v6 gls sonata. Instead of wasting my time and the extra beating on my car to get there from croton, he should have rejected my appointment before having me go all the way to white plains. I told him the car is in trouble with check engine light on. he said the misfire is not his problem. real professional customer service rep. Everybody please read the other reviews and stay away from this place. I read the reviews and found out the hard way they are correct about this place and its laziness and poor customer service.

First time visit and will be my last, ever. Scheduled an inspection for my vehicle through the website and was informed at the counter that there was no record of my appointment. I politely gave this guy my phone showing my email and confirmation number and all he could come up was with "We dont take inspection reservations online, come back tomorrow." It wasnt even close to closing time either. Um... are you kidding me?? This rep was beyond rude, had NO customer service skills at all and did not resolve this issue. Took my business elsewhere and Im glad I did. If I was able to rate a ZERO, I would! Thanks for nothing!

I needed a new tire because I got a flat that was not repareable. I arrived at 7:45AM. It took them 30 minutes just to tell me what I need. They told me that I need TWO new tires. In total I am paying over $450. When I asked how long it would be, he said hed have them get started right away. 45 minutes later, I asked again and he said within an hour. Its been over an hour now and I am still waiting. Poor service. Overpriced.

Excellent vehicle and customer service...finding & fixing problems in which dealership service depts could not!!! Expect wait times in any auto service center(not valid public complaint!!)...Im a second generation customer to this location due to best snow tires anywhere....danny(manager) and Phil best to work with and extremely realistic and helpful.....only negative is PARKING,but that is luck of draw!!!!

Convenient to where I work but terrible customer service. Supposed to open at 7, I waited outside 15 minutes for someone to open up . Was told the car would be ready by 3 pm (8 hours after dropping it off). Had to wait an additional 40 minutes to pick up. Service men mumble, take personal calls while helping customers. Just all around bad service.

bought four tires.. got an estimate for extra srvice which is a courtesy check up of $800. done everything with same original part no. costs me $325. from my local mechanic. i bought tge parts. they know what they are doing.. no doubt very proffesional but way too expensive.. when it comes to repair. no complsints.

Phil, the service advisor, was friendly, professional, and informative. Their prices are also reasonable. My only complaint is that the technician left sealant on my rims and tires, which is an indication of laziness on his part. It comes off easily enough though.

Terrible service. Had to place the tire order twice since they "forgot" the first time. An hour into the tire change, they realized that 2 of the delivered tires were the wrong size, so had to wait another 2 hours for them to pick up the tires from another location.

Called there today for a flat tire change. Guy answered the phone and told me if you can wait a few hours? I explained to him its just a plug? He told me not to disrespect him and hung up the phone! Call CORSI Tire if you need tires, these guys are rude!

Just go to the one in the Bronx if you must go to a Firestone. This place is all around shady. They upsell hard despite anything you say, its such an uncomfortable experience. I can understand why their rating is so low.

Spent $1,200 for break repairs on four tires and I had to take my Lincoln MKS someplace else because there was cracks in the two front break disk. SMH
