I have been going here for a little over a month and have a mostly love, some hate relationship. First two things I love are the space (three floors of gym equipment is great) and the pricing (can pay per month with no hassle). Also, the staff is great and the juice bar makes good smoothies. The things I dont like may have to do more with the clientele, but still have to mention. I know personally I dont do well in locker rooms, and in relation to others I have seen this one is not bad, but it is still dirty to me, but passable. However, my biggest complaint with the locker is people hoarding lockers who are not paying for them. I see the same locks in their day after day and the lockers are suppose to be free or locks cut. Does not happen. The only other thing that annoys me are the weights. They are all over the place Maybe by the time I get there in the afternoon people have gone through them, but it can be hard and frustrating to find the weights I want But these negatives do not out do the positives and over all a great gym

Went to this gym for over 7 years, very unprofessional. My car got hit here in the parking lot, owner didnt want to release surveillance footage, there are a lot of wanna-be thugs that also go here that sell drugs behind the scenes, considering there are two strip clubs within a 5 mile radius its no surprise. But back to the gym, the equipment is old, only good thing was its size to price to hours ratio, the price increased and the hours reduced(no longer 24/7). Lastly, the basketball court isnt regulation size, its actually uneven, measurements are wrong, its not maintained properly as the machines and i have seen countless injuries, YES injuries, from the A/C leaking in the basketball courts.

I called ultimate fitness to find out how much was the membership, then I ask do you have a pool and she said no then i ask do you have a jacuzzi and the front desk lady was rude talking about if we dont have a pool how are we going to have a jacuzzi well its two different things the last time i check... your front desk workers dont have to be rude I just ask a question smh. makes me not ever want to come back to this place and tell everyone how ultimate fitness has poor customer service. Ill rather stay at planet fitness then to deal with people like her.

I have to say I was very hesitant at first to sign up with this gym again. Many years ago I was a member when it was under the name of BQE gym. What I most disliked back then and still do now is that the men working out there act as if they never get to see females back home. The only reason I am signing up is to re-take the classes given by Liz during my 7 day trial. Liz is the best with Zumba, Kickboxing and Spin. Cant wait to go back to take her other classes. WOW what a workout! And at $20/month you cant go wrong!

Have been a member for roughly 3-4 years, excellent space and the free parking comes in handy. Recently I have notice a lot of broken machines and no upgrades within the last couple of years. I have also noticed a lack of cleanliness especially around the water fountain. Its got to the point were Im reconsidering switching to a new gym, hopefully improvements are made for 2017.

I tried to attend the gym one night, and got really confused with the atmosphere outside.......Theres a gentlemens club next door, and there were so many people outside that the entrance to the gym could not been seen, so I left. I dont know if the gym owns the gentlemens club or what, but it seems like the club owns the street. Bad impression for a woman :s

Gym is ok if you really in to workout but lots of equipment need maintenance . just like other peoples Described gym need lots of Maintenance specially in shower room. Mostly people come here for steam and suna parking is Convenient but Steam being not working from long time. Suna room is dirty also. I try to call the cleaning guy he was very rude.

This has been my gym for about a year and I love it. Great hours, friendly staff, huge equipment selection - more than most gyms. Lots of pro athletes work out here and the crowd is friendly - no intimidating meatheads. Just a solid, well-maintained gym that rivals any top tier club.

I used to go here. The gym is very big but the equipment is not maintained and everything is basically broken. Not even the cable machines function smoothly. Also you need to go on a scavenger hunt in order to find the Dumbbells you wanna use.

Its a great gym with a great vibe, great space and plenty of machines. Good parking and amazing food. Bathrooms are not very clean but I would blame the members for that the staff is great.

Its nice but I hate when they rent the basketball court out. I pay to come an play basketball an the court is rented out. There should be some type of reimbursement every time this happens.

Good gym for the price. But equipment not cleaned regularly . Dumbbell selection is very weak . And in excusable one dirty water fountain thats not even cold.
