I love Emily, a VERY talented stylist and colorist!!! Wish she was anywhere other than this salon. Feel as if front desk staff arent nearly as customer service friendly as they should be in a salon of this quality. And, when I called last week to schedule a haircut with Emily (my normal stylist!), was told that she didnt have anything open for a month for even a simple haircut. They werent apologetic at all, didnt try to see if they could squeeze me in anywhere since Im one of her regulars . . . or, didnt even let Emily know that she was probably losing a client over this, when I said I couldnt wait that long. Were just very "matter of fact" about it. Sorry, Emily . . . going elsewhere.

I started getting my hair cut by Natalie, which she did an ok cut. But not satisfied with color and had to redo twice.After third time I gave up.
