The most unprofessional service I have ever received. Had a large piece of exercise equipment delivered to my home. From the get go the delivery man was rude. He informed me that the item would be dropped in driveway only. Service does not bring in house. I asked him to put in garage 10 feet from his truck . He told me that for $40 he would bring in house! He also told me that there are different levels of delivery. That information was not communicated to me when we arranged delivery time. He also had nothing for me to sign. Never use Asheville Courier! They hit my mailbox while delivering my package. My neighbor witnessed this. When I called and spoke to the owner he said that his driver said that they did not hit the box so they would not do anything. This was after I sent pictures and the witness statement from my neighbor (per owners request). He never wanted to take responsibility to any of it. I understand it was probably an accident but whats right is right. Very unprofessional! I was not even left the correct receipt from the delivery.
